Pro: call screening. I love this feature. Any phone number that is NOT in my directory gets screened. This eliminates spam callers. And best of all the phone doesn't ring so you don't have to pick up those annoying phone calls! Con: I miss the call announcement feature. I'm not sure why it's not included on this model. My very old At&t had it and I loved it.

Got it for my parents and they were happy to find something that worked well for them!

This unit is ripe with features but the quick start guide has cut too many corners when describing what the features do, how terms are defined, and steps required to make those features work. For example I cannot use an old favorite called redial. Redial means to dial a number previously dialed, But pressing the redial button does not do that. It lists previously dialed numbers. It does not lead me to what I do next. I'm on my own. Maybe some people are blessed with superb intuition but not I. I miss my old Panasonic redial.

The phones are OK. One, they are very complicated for "old Folks". Also, the sound is also low for old folks.

I bought the phone because it has a feature to block robo-calls - a feature that you must set up. This requires a careful reading of the manual - I got tech help via the phone. It will then screen ALL calls unless you set up a list of callers that you want to go through directly. That I had no patience for. During one phone call that I made, it seemed that the phone was screening an incoming robo-call by asking the caller to press the # sign. What happened to the busy signal? In the end I called their tech help back and turned off the blocking feature. I am happy with just using them as phones and suffering the robo-callers.

This handset was easy to install and is working well. We were having difficulty with our landline but didn't want to give it up. Fortunately the new handset enabled us to set up an answering machine that discouraged the spam calls but enabled friends & businesses to leave a message. It is easy to replay messages and delete when necessary.

phones have a lot of nice features however for me the problem I have is the volume control does not go high enough for me ----I am hearing impaired for some one with normal hearing this probally would not be a problem----I purchased these phones because my previous phones were at&t-----the volume worked fine for me on those phones go figure

Bought this to replace other cordless phone set In our home as they were hard to hear on. This set is just as hard to hear on. Not sure if its because I use MagicJack for my phone service or if the phone juat has poor sound quality.

I have enjoyed this phone. Easy to set up. Have not set up call blocking. Good price. However a couple days ago I had no dial tone. Received calls, would ring, callers could hear me, but I couldn’t hear them. Had to replug the phone jack several times. Happened several more times that day. Been OK today. However, if this keeps up, I will return.

This set has been really easy ro set up. I like the brightness of the light when the phone rings. I love the block number option! This has been a winner for us.

New features are great, features I had on my Panasonic phones were better and I miss them

This is a great product. Easy to use and set up. What's really great is you can pair it with your cell phone so if your cell phone rings you can answer it from any of the phones on this system throughout the house. Amazing!!!

Replace my old at&t set i had for 18yrs...batteries just to hard to locate...this new one works wonderful so far..great product.

Bought this set to replace an older set of AT&T phones. Everything you need is in the box and very easy to install. Connect the phone line, plug in the power for the base and 2 extra devices and done. No software to install, nice and easy.
