    We previously bought the phone/answering machine and 2 handsets that go with this and were so happy with them that we wanted more handsets. Great phone! Clear sound, with multiple choices for volume and sound quality. And one of the best features is that we can listen to and/or delete answering messages from any of the handsets in any room. All info, such as directory list, is automatically entered on all phones at once. What a time saver!

    Announces caller id, lights on handset when getting a call, and announces numbers when making a call. One of my handsets volume is broken. Volume UP and can barely hear who's calling. everything else works:)

    I had to return this. Best Buy sold me the wrong model. Was not compatible with the base and other 4 handset's I had purchased. Best Buy does not carry the correct matchable handset. So I had to order it directly through AT&T. They were very helpfully.

    So far, so good. No problems. I would have given this 5 stars except the instructions to use all of the features are a little complicated!

    We bought this as a replacement when one of our original handsets had a number that quit working. This handset works, but none of the incoming call list works, beyond one call. If I resync it only the first incoming call will be displayed and there is NO way to set up the call block/allow list. NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!
