Great companion for a senior

She’s a no frills gal and just wants to call the grandkids. This was perfect: a basic, functional phone with a ringer loud enough to hear from a couple rooms away and a lighted keypad, large enough to see without glasses. Thanks for carrying items for every customers needs. Not everyone needs the latest bells and whistles.

Disappointed because I can't get the service to work. Overall its a nice phone. Just Disappointed in how difficult its been to get proper working phone and fax services.
