The products that I have gotten from Bestbuy Are dependable, personally I haven't had any problems with them they work for me that is why I buy all my electronics from bestbuy and I like their policies.

Mom needed a new phone. No answering machine. No cell phone. No plan or contract. She’s a no frills gal and just wants to call the grandkids. This was perfect: a basic, functional phone with a ringer loud enough to hear from a couple rooms away and a lighted keypad, large enough to see without glasses. Thanks for carrying items for every customers needs. Not everyone needs the latest bells and whistles.

I didn't invest in a decent home phone initially because my cell phone had all the features I needed. But when I'm working from home I'd rather have a landline for meetings. In addition to being cheap in price and durability, my last phone didn't have a speaker nor two handsets. So I decided to invest a little more in a phone that had all of the functionality I needed. This one does and is more sturdy in general. I'm pleased.

Got this not knowing and we have loved it. And would suggest to anyone who needs one.
