I have a land line for phone service because it was part of the internet package. I wanted a phone to use with it in case my mobile phone went out. This one works.

This is our second time owning this phone. The other one lasted 5 years. So far best phone compared to other phones. I am not an AT & T fan, however these are good phones.

SPECTRUM CAN'T SEEM TO FIX ANYTHING. THEY HOOKED UP THE PHONE AND THEN THE INTERNET WENT OUT, SO WE HAVEN'T USED THE PHONE AT ALL YET. IT SEEMS FINE.

The basic functions - making and receiving calls - are fairly simple. Adding phone numbers to the directory is less friendly. Persistence and patience are the keys when navigating this phone.
