Difficult to Use

When a family member calls, I cannot simply redial because the phone number doesn't have the #1 you need for out of state.calls.

Decent Phone w/ minimal features

Practically Worthless

Also, when dialing a number that requires selecting another number for transfer, it doesn't work. Unfortunately, I only discovered this one day ago. Additionally, the phone has no "Redial" button.
