The lighting on these phones are poor you can barely see the digits when you try to make a phone call.

Worst crap ever

bad for older people

Plus in the sun you can not read both number and letters, The bottom line is it not good for older to buy if they want to see who is calling them. I wish I would got just a caller id box

Very disappointed about AT&T phone purchase

And faulty lettering on the 5 key keeps me from entering names I want in the directory.

Replaced older Panasonic phones....

No Talking Caller ID

Don't be mislead. This product does NOT have talking caller ID. Other than that, the product works well, if you don't need or want talking caller ID.
