OK phone without features

When I chatted with Best Buy support they just wanted me to bring it in to the store. I just wan the phone to do what it says it does. Disappointing.

Malfunctioning after 4 months

I have voice through AT&T fiber and should work well with this phone. Had a technician come out and was able to replicate. Even the technician sAid this model of phone has had similar issues with the voice service

It doesn't. Was told by a sales person it did after he read the box. It only has a hard to read text indication. Not really what I wanted.

BAD PRODUCT

Whats even worst is that I am on tour outside the country and by the time I will come back, return period will be over and I will lose 40$ for nothing. My mom is tool old to drive and do the return. This is the second time in 2 years, cordless phone I got from BestBuy went non-functional within 1 week. I am done with it.
