I returned this product since there were very vague instructions and I had trouble programming the phone numbers and setting the defaults.

My previous AT & T Cordless phones lasted for many years. These are light weight and not well made at all. Im returning them.

I dint realize phones of this type would not have an answering machine as part of the telephone features. It's pretty useless.

Totally Satisfied!! This cordless phone is superior to my last Vtech model. The quality, weight, button size and number illumination beats Vtech hands down. Plus, you have the option of purchasing 2 handsets rather than a phone with so many expandable handsets. A true winner!!!

I bought this phone for my 85-year-old father. He is picky, but he was very pleased with this purchase. The buttons are nice and big. The display is easy to read. And the sound quality is outstanding. I really cannot say enough good things about this phone. Buy it!!!

Doesn’t have voicemail, so I ended up taking it back

I chose this phone for my parents as Christmas gift. My mother has low vision and they need a cordless phone that a) has big buttons, b) has minimal extra buttons that she won't hit accidentally (for example, no need to retrieve messages since they use something else for messages), and c) had talking caller ID to announce who is calling before she picks up. This seemed like the best of all worlds. But be warned that even though the product description clearly states multiple times that this features talking caller ID, it does NOT. I ended up arranging for them to return these phones and have ordered the CL82213 model which unfortunately does have a built-in answering machine. But I could not find another option on Best Buy's site that had talking caller ID and larger backlit buttons with a fairly simple interface. I'm sure the phone itself is fine, but if talking caller ID is the feature you're looking for, don't buy it for that.

I received this cordless telephone a few days ago, and I'm really enjoying it. For the price, the features are great, and the sound quality of the main handset is excellent! However, I was disappointed that the handsets and bases are grey and WHITE, which does not match my decor. Silver and black would have been a much more versatile color combination! Secondly, the sound quality of the second handset is good enough, but not great, like the main handset. If this lasts as long as my previous AT&T phone (ten years), then I will be very happy.
