Unfortunately, I wish I had done my research before buying this product. It works well, is *very* easy to install (it fits over your existing deadbolt), and has good proximity awareness for when to lock/unlock your door, but it does not play nice with Google Pixel phones. Constant inability to connect to the device from the app. Can't recommend at all if you have that phone.

This thing is sweet! I love that when I come home with groceries the door is already open for me and I don’t need to fumble for my keys. Also like that I did not have to replace my current lock! Super easy to instal.

So I would give it a 5 except apparently my door when fully latched shut for the bottom is too far closed for the deadbolt to fully extend. I'm sure this is fixable somehow. Anyways, the auto lock will throw a bit of a fit when it's been trying and failing to lock. A little tricky. Just make sure yall have a good door haha also unlock is just a smidge slow. Doesn't speed up entry, unless u sit in ur car for a min before u get out.

This is my second smart lock. Need to be careful not to pull off lock. However installation was simple

Well designed and simple product. They keep the app interface simple as well - red for locked, green for unlocked. The knob itself is a welcome replacement for the older twist lock we had. Very great choice!

amazing lock for your house, easy to install and nice conecctivity whit the august app, the only problem its sometimes slow wit the app home of apple.

Very happy with our new August smart lock. Straight forward install and simple to use. Also allows for those not up with technology to continue to use their key. Just feels like an added way of assuring security of our home.

This smart lock was really easy to install and the app is very responsive in unlocking/locking. I also bought a LOCKLY lock for a handle door and that took a lot more time to install. Overall every impressed will this lock.

Installs in minutes, reliable and seems to be great battery life so far. The setup app was helpful and easy to follow. The lock motor seems a bit flimsy but secures tightly .

Smartlock works very well, although it seems to consume battery life fairly quickly.

So let’s be clear this lock is good with blue tooth but WiFi is not good unless you got a router that has WiFi 6 technology then it works as it’s marketed to work if not I nearly works with Alexa and Siri over wifi so if you have a WiFi 6 router then you are good but if not understand you have to get one and the lock is already like 300 bucks

Read a lot of reviews and consumer best lists and this one consistently came on top. Easy ti install and works great. Have had no issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. Highly recommend.

this is our first smart lock. We a re pleased with the ease of use plus functionality. Install was not difficult; follow the instructions or watch a YouTube video on how to install.

High-quality product, works well. Allows you to keep your current deadbolt. I'd say it is overpriced though. Permanent installation of door sensor requires a counterbore drill bit and drilling into your door frame.

Very satisfied with the product so far…. Very functional , reliable , easy to use, compatible with popular smart home hubs and voice assistants Overall great product .

I now have two of these, one for the outer mud room door, and one for the inner door. They work pretty much as advertised, but. it turns out that it cannot be setup to unlock both of them when you get home, I have to use the app, or buy an-additional keypad to get through the pair of locks into the house. I would give a five star rating, and buy two more locks if they can improve this aspect of their software.

Lock works as described and very simple to install.

Easy installation. Set up took a few attempts to get it set up correctly but it’s pretty reliable and it’s so nice to just walk up and have the door automatically unlock.

Excellent looking lock, easy install and works great with the app. I am giving it three stars for its homekit compatibility. It sucks. Always shows "No response". One of the locks is about 15 ft from the homehub and another little over 30. I am not buying a homehub for each of the locks.
