    Pretty unreliable. It works okay if you use their app only, but it almost never works using the Apple Home app (times out) and it has problems when using a physical key. For example, if you lock the door with a physical key, the lock doesn't detect that the door is locked and considers it still unlocked. Then, if you want to unlock with the app, you have to lock the door in the app (even though it is locked) and wait for it to error out before you can unlock it.

    Con: Auto Lock feature doesn't work every time. The radius that is uses to detect if you're close is too wide and you can't adjust it. Pro: Easy installation. We live in an apartment and it doesn't interfere with maintenance coming in and out.

    Not as snappy as I'd like. Works well enough for me to be satisfied that it is keeping my home locked when I need it to be locked, but not quite enough to warrant five stars. I also had some set-up issues that frustrated me for an hour or so, but eventually got it all working.
