Works really well just make sure your new lock is calibrated to the door

While I love how it looks and the ease of installation, overall I am extremely disappointed with this lock. It works sporadically at best and more often than not, leaves me digging my keys out of my pocket. WiFi capabilities are nearly non-existent, rendering the ability to open the door when you're not home, such as for a repair tech, worthless. I went through three of these before I gave up. Don't waste your time or money!

Best thing ever!!!!! I love how this device can detect me before I even make it on my block to let me know I'm approaching my home to prepare to unlock my door. It is very helpful having the door to unlock for you without having to look for your keys to get in. I just pull in my parking space and BAM!!!! the door unlock for me. I also like the voice command I use with my echo dot to unlock the door for others.

pretty straight forward installation process, and integrates easily onto many a door set up.

This device has come so far since generation two that we had to replace because it just died. The technology and the features have grown and are welcome. They have also reduce the size of the unit or it’s not as bulky and the batteries so much smaller sell no longer taking double A’s which is very nice and the wallet. Also the notification for if you have a shut the door all the way is very nice as well

Best tech I’m using right now. Best if you have kids and have to carry groceries.

Have had this lock for about 10 months now and it works perfectly. It was easy to install and the batteries last about 6 weeks before I have to change them. I love the features and ease of use. Soap love that from the outside, it doesn't look like a smart lock is installed, and that I can use my keys as well. Highly recommend.

I bought this to upgrade from the previous version. Installation was easy. However getting it to connect with my wifi was a bit 9f a challenge. I think I should have removed the old one from the app and then added the new one. That was my only issue with this process. It would be nice if the app had an option for upgrading/changing from one version to another.

The lock drains battery very fast. The batteries on my lock usually become depleted in a little over one month. I bought the lock in April, installed in late April and by Sept 21, the 3rd set of batteries is almost done. Making things worse is that the batteries for the lock are fairly expensive even when buying in bulk. Otherwise the lock is good and convenient to use (when it doesn't bother you with nearly monthly battery change alert)
