With in one year it broke. Water keep dripping from dispenser. I was out for one week and when i come after week all my whole way is full of water. Damaged too much stuff.

We've been using this cooler for a few weeks and we love it! My wife and I hate the taste of Houston water - too much chlorine. But we had concerns with this cooler as some reviews said the water was "thick" (whatever that means). But no. It's great! There hot is very hot (185F) and the cold is very cold. The room temperature is cold too. The operation is quiet, and we gained another surface to sit stuff on it. The value is awesome, as each filter set is good for like 1500 gallons! Installation of the unit to the refrigerator ice-maker line was easy. The hardest part was to run water through the new filters BEFORE installing. The necessary equipment comes with the unit, but it's a little cumbersome and (water) messy. Running 2 minutes of water through is almost a full bucket. This has to be done every 6 months when you change the filters. I have setup another line to do this under the sink. Beware that the little plastic hose connections leak when the water pressure is off, but while the pressure is on, they hold well. The unit requires taking it apart to clean the cooling tank once a month. I haven't done that, but it doesn't seem too huge a hassle.

Extremely simple to install and you'll reap the benefits of never having to buy water at the grocery store again. Water comes out ice cold and taste great! Just be sure you have the right space in your kitchen for it because you have to connect it to the water hose behind your fridge or near the kitchen sink.

I just received this unit recently and so far I'm pretty happy with it. The installation was a lot easier than I was expecting. Putting the taps in near the dishwasher was very straightforward and I haven't seen any leaking at all. The water in my building is visibly bad... This cleaned the water right up and the unit looks nice in the kitchen. I'm pretty happy so far.

Water is good. Comes out slower than the bottled water cooler it replaced but nice not having to get water

Do not buy this machine or from this company! I would never recommend this company or this machine to a friend. If you get this machine there is nobody to talk to you and you have to send a email and hope they call you back. The worst thing about this machine is when your filter needs to be replaced. They set this machine to make a loud siren noise so that is it is unusable until you buy their specific filter that is super expensive. Buy from another company not because of the cost but because of the customer service and filters.

It’s ok, few problems at first got past that so it stays for now. Other major issue pretty Expensive to replace. Hope it last longer said it will .

Avalon good for me clean water and healthy for my family

Operates very well. While water line hook up was easy for us, we are glad that acquiring bottles is no longer necessary.

I was not sure if it was going to clean my water but it works wonderful all I did is ad a small inline filter for bigger particles

My family loves this water dispenser, but I love the fact that it saves so much money on purchasing water bottles. I like the simple set up and that it comes with filters. We literally have saved hundreds of dollars because we don't have to buy them anymore.

I received the first one came with mutable dents on the body. Second one came broken.

Love the push buttons on top to get water. Ozone clean option nice to have. I wish cold water was adjustable as far as how cold I can set it but it’s ok. Water tasted funny in the beginning but it got better over time maybe I didn’t flush enough water through the filters I don’t know. Now taste quite good.
