Well.. after receiving wrong color & having to get another sent cause compressor was really loud & bad, It’s a pretty nice unit. Flows great & has a night lite. Easy to use!

The first one I bought, came with the water hose broken so I returned it and they sent me another one, and that one is working perfectly so far it cools and heats the water very well.

Arrived in good timing and looks great but the cold and heat functions don’t work. I tried everything it said but the issue never resolved. I will be returning the unit.

We've only used this for 2 months and already have leakage inside, the cold water side.

Stopped working after 3 months. The cold water starts dripping with little use over 3 months. The company says you need to clean it every 3-6 months or use a paper clip trick, which doesn't help.

Won't heat up the water to a high temperature. Only warm water comes out. Empty bottle light would come up for no reason.

Ordered for a white one but black came, i didnt return it anymore cause i need it already

Have nothing negative to say: simple find, fast delivery, easy setup, functions quietly, plastic taste was gone after a day. Just aces all around. We're grateful.

Ordered the black, received white - decided to suck it up and keep it. Overall we really like the dispenser! Only negative would be that the water does not get that cool, but it still tastes better than what's coming out of our faucets.

Good buy. Worth it. Would recommend to friends and family.

Has been fully functional since the day our family bought this, no complaints so far.

The water cooler is nice, so far we are good. The cold water is good. The hot is pretty warm. Its a bottom loaded water cooler. Thats a win, win. We have used 5 gallons water bottles. Easy in easy out. We read the reviews, before we purchased the Avalon water cooler. I would recommend this item.

Had less than a year and it kept creating a block of ice in the top and would not work. Had to email support and they were ZERO help and would not replace the unit. Offered me a 25% discount on a new one i had to buy. (insert eye roll) Will NEVER buy this brand again.

I hadn't bought from BestBuy in a while so I thought I would try them again. BAD IDEA!!! I ordered an A6 water dispenser and I received an A4. I did not want to go through the hassle of returning it since returning an online order is an ordeal!! I will never shop BestBuy ever again!!
