    I had CD/radio go bad on my (old) car. Bought new CD/radio plus wiring harness pieces, waited for them to arrive, waited some more for appointment to get it installed. Then lo and behold I am told that one piece of wiring harness doesn't fit my car, though it's supposed to be custom-made for it. As a result, whole install has to be called off, leaving me with wasted time and still same original unsolved problem. I was very dissatisfied.
