    Have a mini cooper with an after market radio. Steering wheel controls would not operate the radio. did some research and found out this product would work. Best Buy had it and matched a competitors online price. install was simple and had diagrams to help with wiring.

    I installed this myself in my 2001 Buick regal. It was not hard as long as you are technically inclined and read the instructions. It allowed me to use my steering wheel controls with my new head unit, and offers remapping of buttons. I couldn't ask for a better product!

    Works great; twice as much as it should be at Best Buy; match price at Amazon prime; have it professionals installled if possible, it's difficult even for the experts to install; once in, it works perfect in my 2004 Nissan Frontier

    We had a new radio installed. It was well worth the extra cost to have the steering wheel control interface added on. It's always convenient to have controls on steering wheel.

    Performs flawlessly. Allows integration of an aftermarket stereo to utilize factory steering wheel controls. Automatically picked up what buttons did what without needless programming.

    Works for forward, back, and volume. Did not work for talk and hang up buttons. I know it can be programmed but Best Buy didn’t offer to do that. Put in Nissan Rogue (2017) with Pioneer head unit.

    Great product, although I was a little confused on the usage since my 2008 Lexus ES350 doesn’t have direct connections so I had to cut a couple wires but works great!

    When I purchased item I was reluctant to install based on others reviews. After first attempt to program had no luck. After reading closer I found that one of the steps was confusing...but once identified worked flawlessly.

    I was first given a steering wheel harness for the right year but the wrong model and it did not work at all. Best Buy installers diagnosed the problem, got the right wiring harness and it works like a charm.

    I didn't do the installation myself -- Best Buy did it for me, but I can say that the steering wheel controls have been working flawlessly on my daughter's 2001 Nissan Pathfinder.

    Good - does what it's supposed to. Bad - some cars have issues connecting. The install guide from AXXESS isn't the clearest and actually didn't provide full functionality from the directions.
