I’ve been running the Bambu Lab A1 with AMS for a few weeks, and I’m seriously impressed. Setup took maybe 20 minutes — auto-calibration handled everything perfectly. The first print came out flawless without any tuning, which is wild if you’ve used other printers before. Print speed and quality are top-tier — layer consistency is excellent, and vibration compensation really works. The AMS unit is super reliable; it swaps filaments fast and keeps everything neat and tangle-free. I’ve already printed a bunch of multi-color models with zero jams. Noise levels are low, the UI is clean, and the cloud control through Bambu Studio is smooth. This thing just works — easily the best printer I’ve owned. Highly recommend.

I can confidently say the Bambu A1 is an absolute beast when it comes to 3D printing. This machine is fast, precise, and incredibly user-friendly a true printing powerhouse in every sense. Right out of the box, setup was smooth and intuitive. The auto-calibration features save a ton of time, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate, even for beginners. But where the A1 really shines is in performance. The speed and quality of prints are insane crisp layers, minimal stringing, and reliable results every time. Whether I’m printing small prototypes or larger multi-part builds, the A1 handles it all like a champ. It’s quiet, efficient, and feels like it was built to perform without compromise. If you’re looking for a 3D printer that can keep up with serious printing demands without the constant tweaking and headaches, the Bambu A1 is it. Highly recommend!

The A1 Combo has been flawless from the start. Setup was quick and straightforward, and it prints with incredible consistency right out of the box. The automatic calibration and multi-color capability make it feel like a professional machine, but it’s still easy enough for a beginner to use. Print quality has been excellent across different materials, and I’ve had no issues with jams or failed jobs. Best Buy made the buying process simple, and in-store pickup was fast and convenient. I couldn’t be happier with the combination of product performance and shopping experience.

I got my daughter the A1mini for her birthday and she loved it. But wanted the AMS unit to do multiple colors. So I found the A1 combo and it prints anything you can think of. She gave her neighbor friend the A1mini so they could print stuff together ❤️. Everyone in the house is using it so it pretty much runs 24-7 with no problems whatsoever. The app makes it easy to make stuff so you can just use your phone with no need for computer. Highly recommend ..

Upgraded from my A1 Mini and made a lot of modifications on this. The only thing that stuck out to me is Bambu made some changes from what I'm used to seeing unboxing this. The allen keys are regular allen keys, no grip with a Bambu logo, no color palette, everything's in bags without zips (so if you have spare screws be sure you have a ziplock bag and a sharpie to label them) and the lubricant grease is a bag instead of the bottle cap like the lubricant oil. Putting everything together was easy, but I couldn't help but notice the slight drop in quality in that regard. Other than that the assembly was easy to put together. The only main issue with the build quality is when I was trying to troubleshoot by unscrewing one of the pieces to get to the extruder it was so incredibly tight the screw stripped. Luckily I have spare parts to replace it. I've already put over 300 hours of printing on this thing and put it through some tricky filaments on the ams lite which worked for the most part. I was so close to get it work between PLA and TPU but for some reason whenever it switched to TPU the feeder will pull out the filament as it was about to feed into the extruder. When I went to manual maintenance, if you let it keep feeding into the extruder it will run fine but it's odd that it doesn't. This was used with a TPU 85A from Inland. Now I've heard Bambu has a specific TPU filament that works with AMS Lite that might avoid this issue but I have yet to try it. After heavily drying some trickier filaments, I was able to print PET-CF and PLA-CF on the AMS Lite with hardly any issues. It gets the job done, prints flawlessly (even the complex ones) and the biggest bonus as always is the ability to plug and play, the efficient speed times, the ecosystem, and their slicer software that takes the cake.

This printer is a workhorse. Easy set up too. I’m having much fun printing gifts and cool stuff for my kids.

The Bambu Labs A1 has completely exceeded my expectations. Setup was incredibly simple, and it was printing beautifully within minutes. The print quality is outstanding right out of the box — smooth layers, precise details, and reliable adhesion every time. The auto calibration and speed make it perfect for both beginners and seasoned makers. It’s quiet, fast, and feels premium in every way. Bambu Labs really nailed it with this one.

I’ve been 3d printing for over a decade now. I’ve build a dozen printers in my life and this was the easiest setup and printing out of the box experience. I am amazed at the simplicity and accuracy. I now have 200+ hours on the device and have had no issues. I couldn’t be happier!

I started out with a new Ender 3 V3 SE to learn 3d printing on. I then moved to a used Prusa MK3S+ which was a big step up. Then I wanted to be able to do multi color printing so I bought this Bambu A1 with AMS. This printer is amazing. I have only had one failed print and that was because I didn’t choose to use supports. The prints look great as well. Great quality.

I’ve been using the Bambu Lab A1 for a while now, and overall, it has exceeded my expectations in both ease of use and print quality. As someone who has used other consumer printers in the past, I can confidently say that the A1 is one of the most beginner-friendly yet capable printers on the market right now.

Great little printer. My only regret was that buying it standalone wasn't worth it. If you ever want to get the AMS then its sooooooo much more expensive to purchase separately. I ended up returning it to get the combo with the AMS. The printer itself was great though, we enjoyed making things but just wanted to be able to do multi color printing.

Pros: Good printer right put of the box. Fast printer like P1S. Good little printer. Cons: Large footprint with AMS lite setup out of the box. Creates alot of poop. Fun fact: You can change the music that it plays

Absolutely love these printers! Bought my son a A1 a few months ago And just bought my own today. Super easy to use and they work straight out of the box alright.

Ran perfect out of the box! Highly recommend buying this unit from Best Buy. Print quality is top notch and having the ability to start as well as monitor prints from your phone is a great advantage!

Absolute love this 3-D printer. I was so glad when I saw Best Buy started selling these in store. I waited awhile to get mine but very glad I did because this printer is awesome. I will never go back to any other machine besides Bambu Labs. So many features, they thought of almost anything when they built this machine. The multi color printing is so nice and it auto feeds it though the tubes which is nice not having to feed filament. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste you time or money on cheaper printers because at this price you won’t get any better.

This 3d printer is amazing! I’ve had two other very popular brands but the features and accuracy in this one blows them away. I actually bought this one because one of my other two started messing up out the blue and their support was not helpful. They kept telling me to do what I was already doing. Anyway, the prints come out amazing accurate and smooth. And the software and apps well thought out. Makes it a breeze to start printing. The wifi feature is also a godsend. I’m also glad I went with the one with the color changing ability.

I am super impressed with this item was very skeptical about going with this company because of different things talked about. I however decided to get one and it has not stopped impressing me yet. Great for begginers as well super easy setup. Instructions are pretty easy to understand with alot of color coded locations. Make sure to remove the stabilizer brackets for Z axis that instruction could use more clarity 4 allen head screws that attach the 2 brackets which is where if you print the top mount for filament rack holder via free file those will mount to.

This machine is all you need! Yes you can buy a much more expensive model, and yes you can purchase a more affordable option. This hits that sweet spot of more bang for the buck!! Its Fast, precise, effortless! It has AMS!! And its has onboard Camera system for timelapse plus more. You really can’t understand the joy this machine brings until you’ve used one for yourself!

I love my printer! It’s beginner friendly super easy to use, I can print for hours whiteout problems, quiet and compact. I’m planning to buy 2 more printers!
