Speakers were fantastic, added two extra speakers, JBL GX 963, IN 6X9 SPEAKER BOXES. Now, instead of the stock Bose 10 speakers that come stock from the factory, I now have a total of 13 speakers, including the sub box. ALL equipment installed were from KICKER, JBL, PIONEER, ALPINE, AND KENWOOD. I have used all these products before with no problems. They fit in my corvette without any problems with the removable sun roof. The car sounds unbelievable, better the I could have imagined. Anyone wanting to install and upgrade their Corvette by using these products will not be disappointed, and you can still remove the back speakers and fit your golf clubs in the rear with no problems. Brian, the installer, will not let you down.

Just a quick shout out to the install guys in car audio! The product recommendation for JBL speakers for my truck couldn't have been more right on! The quality of the install was top notch and after the speakers were installed it turns out I really didn't need an amp for the sound volume I was looking for! Money saved! Thanks again to Pat for his great knowledge of the products and James for the fantastic install quality - I wouldn't let anyone else touch my vehicles! AND an additional shout out to Angie in customer service for helping with the amp credit and return! Excellent customer service and I would buy something just to exchange it with customer service like you provided!

Had a retro 2002 T-bird that I had the a new Pioneer Head Unit with Navigation and Sirius Installed with JBL coaxial speakers.. Geeksquad associate also wired the steering wheel controls to the Pioneer NEX 5201.. Everything is working flawlessly and looks stock other than it's a 5.5" video screen in the middle of a 2002 car... Modern day technology and features in an older end-of-life crisis mobile.. It's only been a couple weeks since the install and I hope it lasts a long long time.. I did get the 4 year extended warrantee on the Head unit and speakers..

The sound system in my "new" used car was all messed up by some teenager who owned it before. They were able to fix it and make it work. It took them about 2 hours to completely rewire my Jeep Wrangler. The only problem I had was that they did not give me back the box, the instructions, or the remote for the sound system. Other than that issue I would gladly use It again.

The guy who installed my speakers made a mistake and didn't plug my door module in all the way after the speaker install. My window on the drivers side would not go up. My uncle figured out what was wrong and fixed it. When I told the guy who did the install, he made it right 110% when I came back in to finish the back speakers and stereo install. His manager was only going to give me 10% off the speaker install. That was $6 off. The guy didn't think that was enough, so he ended up saving me a ton of money.

Victor my tech did a phenomenal job on my install and his customer service is fantastic... one thing I do worry about is the stores overflow in his Bay Area. Those could be potential safety concerns as well as it looks bad from a customers point of view(in my opinion). Clean up the bay and get that man everything he needs, solid employee that gives your location a 5 star rating.

I received excellent install service when getting my new car speakers installed. The guy was super helpful and super friendly. Also he said it would take about an hour and he was done in less that time, which I thought was great! He also explained the their policies thoroughly and made sure to answer any questions I had. I was very pleased with the service I received and I have not had any problems with my new speakers.

I had best buy install a pair of kenwood 4" kfc 1065r speakers in the dash of my 1997 geo tracker ! The install tech (Chris ) did an outstanding job ! The install was a breeze and I am very pleased with his work and very satisfied with my decision to use best buy for the installation ! THANKS again Chris and Best Buy ! Awesome Job !!!

Had purchased this service to install my new Bluetooth stereo approx 4mo's ago. I told the installer that I didnt have much time (45min ) to wait & told him I would come back to have it installed. He assured me he can get it done, stereo & speakers....ALL. I agreed & in 38min, my vehicle was ready to pick up. The installer walked me through & set up mu Bluetooth, its been awasome.

The Geek tech helped me identify that not only had mt radio needed replaced; my mechanic determined that it was shorting and draining the battery, but the speakers were toast and i need new ones. Great job! The Geek squad was great in so many circumstances and situations over the years.

The installation manager at the Nampa Idaho location went above and beyond in helping to install a car stereo, even going as far as to call after the vehicle was dropped off to inform us if we were to change our speaker selection to match the brand of the stereo we would save money on the package. Installer was friendly and knowledgeable.

Glad to have someone else install. However, I thought I had remembered being able to choose which location you can have your equipment installed. I only say this as it was purchased as a gift for someone who lives miles from us. So they had to make a special trip to our side of town instead of being able to schedule with their local store.

Best Buy's Audio Tech's can replace, install, troubleshoot, and help create any system you want, give good advice, do the work when promised as promised, explain anything you should know, let you see the old replaced speakers if you'd like, wire up, trim up and set up your system WELL. Highly recommend.

I was trying to resolve an issue and Technician through questioning my goals identified an problem that would have resulted in the issue not being solved. A quick exchange of speakers resolved the issue before the install started resulting in my goal being met.

Did a good job installing my speakers. Anytime you want to get audio installed a best buy tech install is the only kind to look for. They do a really good job of ensuring you have everything you need to customize the sound you want to hear in your car from beginning to end.

My husband and I absolutely loved our install technician at Best Buy. He made sure that we not only got the best products in our price range, but was very helpful when recommending installation options. He was lightning fast, friendly to a fault, and very professional. We couldn't have asked for better service.

We had a car stereo and 4 speakers installed. The customer service was great. The install was done in a timely and affordable manner. We have not had any issues with either.

My Orland Park Geek did an awesome job installing my new system. He took the time to make everything look great and also to show us how everything in the system works. The install took longer than originally expected but was well worth the time. EXCELLENT install!!!

The guys at the Fargo store are the best! They are the only ones allowed to install radios, speakers and security stuff into all of my Mustangs. I have worked with these guys for the past 5 years or so and everything always goes smoothly.

Staff was professional, courteous and friendly. They even suggested a product that was less expensive to help out. Muncie, Indiana will be my install store for sure.
