So far not happy with the battery life, drains very quickly. Also the left ear bud only charges to 96%, will not change to 100%. Sound is good but with other issues thinking of returning them.

2 weeks in the left side only charges to 10-15 % and have issues at times connecting one of the buds. Have to put back in the case, disconnect from Bluetooth and then they will work. All software has been updated. Have appointment at Genius Bar to see what’s wrong.

Not staying in my ear was a bad thing for me and was a big deal breaker for me and I’m currently trying to invest in better beats because I take good care of my electronics.

I expected more for $200
I wanted to love it , playing music I will give it a five star, the base & sounds are amazing compared to the other guy in the picture. Beats definitely win in this category.
Fits perfectly, never fell out and the noise cancellation is superb. Beats win agin.
phone call Quality is horrible picking up any noise around you preventing your caller from hearing your conversation. Even in a car ride,gym,mall ect.
Bluetooth connection is intermittent disconnecting and reconnecting on its own. I love these headphones so much I have returned two sets hoping I just received a bad pair unfortunately this is something beats needs to address with their software.
I will return this pair and become a customer later after they work all the kinks/bugs out. Hoping for a beats fit model 2 soon.

Earbuds are cool but I’m really upset because I can’t redeem the “6 month Apple Music for Free”! They sent me an email, I clicked redeem, it brought me to Apple Music and the screen just said “sorry an error occurred” or something like that. And it did this over and over countless times. And when I click on customer service it brings me immediately back to Best Buy and literally says “sorry an error occurred”. I have WiFi it’s connected fine every other thing on my phone using WiFi is fine. I was able to redeem Apple TV + but still couldn’t even get Apple News + the same thing happened. How can you advertise something and not let it be redeemable? And I remember the same thing happened to my beats studio 3’s a while ago when they promised “6 months Apple Music Free” I was so excited man, just to be disappointed again.
