I love the convenience. All I did was put it on and it appeared on my laptop. I selected it and bingo it was connected. I now use my headset and listen to CSPAN while my husband is watching his movie.

I received this headset in January of 2024. In May of 2024, I filed a warranty claim and received a replacement headset due to the power button no longer working on the original headset. The power button on the replacement headset stopped working in December of 2024. The headsets come with a two year warranty. The combined life of the two headsets I owned failed to reach half of the warranty period. Other reviewers have also noted issues with the power button. I do not recommend these.

I was disappointed because I love using Belkin's products but this headset was a complete dud the light stayed on & couldn't use the Bluetooth features I returned it for a logitech

Not liked at all. The "power" button broke after 2 months of use, and not even very active use at that. Looks and feels very cheap, not worth the price.

Sounds was great mic was not

Maybe I just bought a bad pair but the mic did not work for me. Some calls people can hear me fine some calls they could not and I would have to disconnect the headphones.

Worked perfectly for 3 days and then....died on the 4th day. Troubleshoot with Belkin confirmed it was defective so I returned to Best Buy.

I just found out right when the return period ended that the mic has issues and audio is really low at the other end.
