I ordered the product online as it was on sale. The website said it was in stock at the store nearest us. But a couple hours later, I got an email saying it was in fact out of stock there. I should have let it go right there. But no.
I reordered at another store some 15 miles away. Brought it home and spent over two hours trying to first connect to the base station, then to get it to see the bulbs. No luck, despite several reboots of the base and varying locations for same.
I was thankful for Best Buys return policy. But disappointed it didn't work. It should. Belkin, you failed. Save your time and money.

The set-up was easy and it worked quite well for a while. Now the wemo link does not work. I've attempted to reset and it will not work. The website is lacking in support, so I'm not certain what my next step will be. I suspect replacing the link, but I do not want to buy a new starter set at $99.
