I only opened two of the four - both dead. Called BB to return, printed label, packaged, and shipped via UPS. Today I received the dead batteries back with a notice that they are not returnable. Why didn’t the call center inform me of that before I wasted time shipping them. Weird! The product is faulty. I followed procedure and promptly returned them via BB’s calling center. This is unbelievable. Don’t buy these, especially the batch of them currently at BB in Olympia WA where I picked mine up.

Typically new batteries last at least 6 months. This makes be believe that either the product is of poor quality or very old stock. Since It was out of return window I tried to report this to best buy customer care thru chat but they kept forwarding my chat to new person. Finally I gave up - it was not an expensive item .
