I can use this heating pad and it helps with the pain. It is so much easier to use than a regular heating pad because it is actually meant for your back and neck. The material is so soft as well!

Large, with soft cover, with multiple heat levels and safety function with flashing light if on too long. I bought this for my compressed back fracture.
