These machines are amazing. We do not have pets but use the features to clean up food spills, muddy footprints and spot clean other things. This is my second machine after giving my old one to my nephew who has a new dog.

Think it is worth my money and got my couch clean . Will recommend to others .

Used it a lot. For when the fur baby throws up or leaves a potty stain on the floor. Great at absorbing if it’s pee. Sit it down and let it work

Great for the job intended. We have a small dog that keeps doing it’s business in the house It’s a lot of work to get out the full-size carpet cleaner but I’ve been using the spot bot pretty years in our old one or out so I bought this new one. So far it works perfectly One suggestion though is when you’re done with it fill the soap container up with plain water and run it again otherwise the line will get clogged and it will stop working

Very good cleaner for the price. It does a surprisingly good job for such a little cleaner.

We have two dogs, two cats. Cats are not an issue...dogs will have “accidents” from time to time. So....if it’s a little doo doo on the carpet, then the auto quick or deep clean work fine. For pee spots.....the auto features don’t get it done. We use the handheld tool and sail the carpet really well using the Bissell pet additive.....wait 3 minutes or so and then suck it up with the tool. Move slowly and get it all and the unit works fine. Could always use more suction for stuff like that but using this machine and the above technique vs grabbing the shop vac, it works well. Three stars because auto functions are almost worthless but the tool and portability with ease of emptying and cleaning unit each time are better than using a big shop vac or large carpet cleaner for spots. On that note..this machine obviously is for spots and you’re not gonna do your whole floor with it. Worth the price? Eh. Debatable.

Did a great job cleaning the couch and spots. Quality item from Bissel, very happy spent the couple extra dollars and got the spot bot version instead of the others. The cleaning feature makes life easier!

Bought this to help with our cat's hair ball problem. Easy to use and cleans very nicely. Cat thinks it is a robot cat and deathly afraid of it. Also works nicely to get him out from under the bed when it is time for his medicine. Just put it down next to the bed and he comes running out.

Every dog owner should own this. It is the most awesome vacuum for pet owners. I have bought three of them 2 as gifts. The quality is great and it lasts forever.

The best spot remover there is. You place it where it needs to be and let it go to work. WIthin just a few minutes, you have an accident that never happened.

This is a good cleaner, does the job, the only reason I give only four stars is that at the end of the cycle the carpet is so wet that I have to use the manual feature to suck the water out of the carpet. I guess the suction part is not powerful enough. Otherwise, good device.

Love this thing! Works like a charm! Definitely helped cleaning out those spots when I got my new puppy. Very pleased!

Worked great for our puppy when he had accidents. But also works great for upholstery cleaning and spot cleaning.

Great love the spot cleaner, just set it on the spot and watch it work. Does the job and cleans all those pet stains. Will buy again
