This machine has met all my expectations. It is easy to use, good design, excellent construction and came with a fair price. I recommend this machine to anyone who needs to clean up after pets, car and furniture.

In a household with two kids and two dogs, I love this product. It is nice to not have to haul out the big carpet cleaner every time the kids spill something or one of the dogs has an accident.

Love the Spotbot have an old dog who has accidents and the spotbot makes cleaning then easy. Just fill it up, set it down and turn it on SOOOO EASY

We have a dog that has late night accidents sometimes, so this SpotBot comes in real handy. It's quick and it gets the job done. It's easy-to-use and it's easy to carry around the house. A must-have for dog owners like myself.

I had a few pet spots that were hard to get up and had set in, but by using this device and setting to run while I leave it alone, came back to a perfect spot of carpet, no spot or stain at all. Works great.

Our upright carpet cleaner died so we needed something for pet accidents. This is handy and easy to work with. While it's no substitute for an upright cleaner it does a good job

This machine cleans carpets very well. It could be better in stain removing but... If you don't want to clean it all by yourself when you have an accident with a small dog, get it.

I bought this after my dog left 4 large areas of dark brown vomit on my almost white carpet. I truly thought we were going to have to rip up the carpet that day and throw it away. This amazing little machine got my carpet super clean!! If I look really closely (and you have to know where to look or you wouldn't notice) you can see that one of the areas used to be stained. Not enough to worry me. Like I said, it saved our carpet.

I enjoy being able to easily clean up stains in the carpet and being able to set it and let it go for set in stains as well.

super convenient and easy to use for quick spills. if you need to clean a larger area, best to purchase an actual cleaner. overall, very satisfied with the product and ease of use

A friend accidently left a bottle of chocolate "milk" Ensure on my dining room table. My cat pushed it off onto my beige carpet. The Spot Bot completely removed the stain to the point that I couldn't tell where it had ever been. I also have a recliner that has runners that have stained my carpet. All evidence of that damage was also removed. Having my house currently for sale, I'm thrilled that the stains have all been removed. The carpet now looks new again!

Works GREAT! Easy to use. Only had to use it once since it was purchased. Follow the instructions, and you won't have any problems. Does a GREAT job cleaning up those pet "accidents"

Great machine. Deep cleans and removes stains effectively. I don't know why we didn't get this a long time ago. No issues with suction. Cleaning the machine is easy. Totally worth every penny spent.

We have two dogs and a cat and unfortunately - carpet. The animals are regularly surprising us with stuff from outside and the spot cleaner has kept the carpet clean - so far.

After getting a new dog, we needed a way to clean up after a dog that was "partially house-broken". The Bissell unit works as good as advertised. It really cleans our carpet.

This is great at cleaning within the circle on the end of the machine, so you need to use it multiple times if the stain is larger. Otherwise, works great.

Solid product, the only part that I dont like is the cord is kind of short. Does a great job cleaning small areas and very powerful.
