I owned an original Blue Yeti and I liked it but in anything that I recorded it was always just too loud if I had it on my desk you could either hear me bottoming out keys on my keyboard or my mouse when I would pick it up and put it back down. The Yeticaster solved all the issues and made my desk more appealing to they eyes. The pivoting arm is EXTREMELY sturdy and can handle anything you put on it. Cable management is a breeze, setup is super simple and the shock mount gets rid of any extra noise that would be generated on my desk anyway. If you are looking to get into streaming or recording your own videos and need a proper setup to get started, look no further than the Yeticaster.

Blu always makes a quality product. Already purchased the Blu Yeti X Mic but needed a good stand and shock mount. And I was lucky to run into this little beauty. Easy to piece together and install not to many set up parts. The standard mic that comes with it is good and I have it stored away as a back up/guest mic, for in person collab work. But the mount and stand worked as expected universally with my main Yeti X mic. Until a get a better desk. I’m using the c clamp function instead of the pilot hole which I would recommend is the better option due to a stronger sense of security of you mic and stand. However the clamp gets the job done at the end of the day. Be mindful as well if you desk or table has a lip. This could hinder your stands stability.

The Yeticaster combines Blue’s acclaimed USB microphone with a Radius III shock mount and Compass boom. Setup is a snap. Fifteen minutes after arriving home, the entire unit was installed and functioning. The audio quality is superb. (I’m a former broadcaster, so this is not an uninformed assessment.) The four configurations make it simple to set up the mike for group recordings, one-on-one interviews, or one-person narration, which is how I use it to record the audio for my novel. The BestBuy staff was, as usual, knowledgeable and helpful. A great product at an excellent price.

This is a great mic for the price. It was a little tricky to get the boom set up, but now that is, it's perfect. I have it set up so I can swing it out towards my chair when I'm recording and then easily push it back and out of the way when it's not in use. Great crisp, clear sound, gets both my vocals and guitar. Easy plug and play set up. Highly recommended!

After lots of research, settled on the Yeticaster bundle. Easy setup. The boom mount is very stable and the thing just looks good. The mic is fantastic. Plug headset right into the mic, keep the gain on the low end, sound like a pro. There’s a reason YouTubers like this thing.

Was pretty easy to set up, works great, and is a great way to save space on my desk instead of having the mic take up space. Easy to move around as I need to and nicely swings away when I don’t want it in front of me.

Its alright. You get what you pay for, not the best sounding mic but its decent. Works well out of the box + easy setup. Thats all.

So i got this for the stay-at-home period since all classes were diverted online. It works great and the design is simplistic and sturdy. Setup was a breeze and it just looks cool

Easily mounts in a variety of locations and offers a lot of flexibility. Easy to set-up and the all important mute function is clearly marked by a solid lit or blinking red LED.

The yeticaster bundle is a deffinint upgrade from a normal old school mic. The mic arm is one of a kind. Easy setup and easy installation. 10/10.
