RinseAid and slightly opening the dishwasher after completion effectively dries all the dishes.

It is absolutely better than Samsung for cleaning, so it was worth the extra money we paid. Our glasses are shining now. Even with the speed mode, we put the dishes dirtier than before, but Boshc cleans all. The only thing is that it does not have a blanket outside of the machine. When it has high heat, I have a plastic smell, but I believe it will go away after a while.

The app takes some figuring and it would be better if you could make those changes rigjt at the machine. Requiring an app for full functionality is a little annoying but once its done you don't need the app much. I still give 5 star's because of its looks quiet performance and its ability to donwhat my old machine did in twice the amount of time.

Doesn’t work after 7 years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got the 300 series installed 1/2018 and today, 5/16/25 the “error09” message shows up. I called Best Buy's to service it but they can't because it is past the 5 year warranty I got. That's why they only sell 5 year warranty and not more. Bosch estimated charges were $179 plus $100 for labor and parts is $10. The manual doesn't show tips to fix it but $289 for a heating element issue is almost half the price for this $719.99 dishwasher ($832.47 for install,parts,haul away). I'm disappointed in this product since my last dishwasher lasted longer than 7 years. Model SHEM63W55N. I would not recommend the 300 series or this brand. I also clean my dishes before I put them in the dishwasher, used recommended detergent( but switched to natural less chemical detergent), cleaned the filter often, but the drying cycle on speed 60 (1.24 hrs) stopped working and dishes would be wet after a few months. Now the heating element stopped and no hot water to wash my dishes.

I was disappointed. No matter what settings I put the wash cycle on, I could not get the inside of the tub completely dry. The best I was able to accomplish was to get most of it dry, except for the plastics (i.e. food storage containers). I think for the money I paid, this certainly should not be a problem. I really like the look of it and many of the features, but if it can't completely dry the load the rest of it doesnt matter. I'm not yet sure what I'm going to do.

Use Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. *This doesn't have to be added for each cycle, you fill the reservoir then the dishwasher will indicate when the reservoir is empty and needs to be refilled.* 2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". Sanitize operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results. 4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack. Unfortunately, while it may wash better than my general electric, it feels cheaply made. The racks feel cheap. The utensil holder is tiny and poorly made. The third rack isn’t the smoothest for rolling in and out. I feel like the front display will eventually wear and make it difficult with the buttons.

Also it does not display the Clean light when the cycle has ended. It’s impossible to get some taller glasses on the top rack. And the racks are not easy to pull out.

Very well made dishwasher

The only thing I am not impressed with is the drying power, I think it could have a bit more in that department, but other than that it’s a great machine and gets my dishes very clean.
