I've been very pleased with this dishwasher. It's very quiet and I no longer need to pre-wash my dishes like I did with my old dishwasher.

It was good while we had it but we ended up replacing it for an LG. I know, I know... the LG does the job well, though. The main issue we were having was that my wife didn't like that it didn't quite dry dishes completely. The tech it uses seems to be something that some link and others don't

I replaced a KitchenAid. This dishwasher is 100% better. The capacity is wonderful. My only issue is the bottom rack. It nor as flexible for various size dishes as I would hope. Most 3rd racks aren’t usable but this one is perfect It is operationally intuitive.

We bought this dishwasher because of the Bosch name. We had a Samsung previously with which we always had an odor issue and left cleaned plates with an odor also. We have also experienced the odor problem with the Bosch once or twice but for the most part it has been OK. Definitely better than the Samsung.

Lots of space (racks, etc), and easy to use. We love its looks and effectiveness.

Dishwasher is fine, it's a Bosch. 1 star is from installation. Paid over $250 for delivery and install. Was NEVER informed a professional installation team was UNABLE TO HARDWIRE. When I removed my old dishwasher, it was hardwired, and i carefully left all needed wires accessible to the tech to attached to the new unit. Only when the unit arrived, the tech told me they do NOT hardwire. They had ME move the hot wires behind the cabinet and under the sink, because they only knew how to plug something in. What did I pay $250 for someone to plug something in?? Instead of making it right, they left an EXPOSED HOT WIRE rated for a dishwasher under my sink. I have kids and animals, and instead of helping the uninformed customer, they chose to leave the hazard exposed. Hour on the phone, multiple chats online, entire company refusing to make it right. All because they never communicated with me and left a hot mess and HUGE safety hazard in my house. I regret purchasing from best buy for this experience, as I now understand how Best Buy treats customer's homes. They would rather refuse to help and leave safety hazards for the customer to deal with in an emergency. The only reason I am not returning this product outright is because I was informed the INSTALLATION WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED. Then they want to charge me EXTRA to FIX the exposed wire into a junction box, and recommended I hire an electrician?? For something the tech could have just done. For something I could have had prepared for if I was informed.

This is the best appliance we own now. We love the quietness while operating and the end result after a wash cycle. The extra rack is a must for large cooking utensils like spoons and knives.

Relatively quiet. Still trying to figure out rack space, which at times seems awkward, though I've never had a dishwasher with the magical rack that is perfect for everything. Trade off for quiet and low energy use is wet plastic.

Several weeks into ownership and we're happy. Controls are a bit complicated for older folks...one button having multiple functions etc. Seems like good quality and certainly an upgrade from our old one. We'll see how it goes long term.

Our dishwasher was delivered and installed in record time. The machine works really well. The only issue we had is understanding the new technology since it syncs with your phone. Once we got it set up it's been great.

I know that Wirecutter named this the best dishwasher money can buy, but I hate it with the fire of a thousand suns. Specifically, I absolutely would not recommend this dishwasher if you have a baby or small children because its ability to dry plastic is very poor. So, unless you want to spend a lot of time hand-drying wet bottles, sippy cups, tupperware, or what have you, I'd look into something else. My biggest complaint with the Bosch is I felt like I couldn't fit many dishes in it. I've read that loading it takes some getting used to, but I didn't get the hang of it after three months - it seems over-optimized. My dishes also emerged still dirty more than a few times. I previously had an ancient Maytag and I ended up exchanging the Bosch for a new Maytag (Wirecutter's #2 pick) which I like much better. The one thing I will say about the Bosch is it is VERY quiet. You could barely tell it's running. But, my new dishwasher has basically the same level of noise and I can actually fit stuff in it so I don't have to run the dishwasher every day anymore. I have never returned an appliance before but this one had to go.

Haven't had a chance to put the new dishwasher through all its paces, but the installer had it do a normal run, and later i washed some heavily cooked on items from the top of my cooktop, along with some other items. All emerged clean, which is the whole purpose.

This is a wonderful dishwasher. It replaced a 12 year old Bosch. The geek squad contacted us to keep us informed about their times and the installation was even more efficient than when the other one was installed by a plumber! These guys are the best and will always depend on them for quality work.
