The thing that made it 4 stars instead of 5 was trying to figure out how to place the many different bowls that we use. If we had all plates it would be great. Very sound quality. First dishwasher I bought that was over 500 total price.

Bosch 300 Bottom rack constantly falls off

Machine is less than 4 mos old and is barely useable. Bottom rack falls off constantly. Machine cannot be used as rack sits on washing arm. Have to empty to get the rack out and then reload and wash silverware by hand. Repair man coming this weekand hope he can help. This is a known problem and sad that Bosch has not replaced these cheap plastic wheels. Very disappointed. Want my money back.

Not as great as I expected

I expected it to be better than our previous dishwashers, our previous Kitchenaid seemed to clean more thoroughly. Overall it is a good dishwasher, just not a great one.

I didn’t want the upper rack, but I actually like it for long utensils like spatulas and lids to thermos, etc...

It was so quiet I never even knew it was on. I stuck with Bosch thinking it’s been 19 years, it has to be better right? Well no, it’s worse. A loud humming noise when it firsts starts up, but then it does quiet down but not like my old one. There is no drying element so I have to take half my dishes out and let them dry on a drying mat on the counter. The door is very flimsy and the top buttons seem cheap as well. Total with $20 haul away and tax was $890. I really regret buying this and I will probably never buy a Bosch again.
