This is our third Bosch dishwasher. The first was left in our home when we sold it, we bought a new one when we moved into our new house and then as we were changing the other appliances, we bought a new one in stainless. We have had great experience with Bosch dishwashers and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dishwasher.

I REPLACED MY 22 YEAR OLD DISHWASHER WITH ANOTHER BOSCH. THEY ARE THE BEST. A FRIEND BOUGHT ONE FROM MY RECOMMENDATION AND LOVES IT. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

Cleans well, but not as quiet as I had hoped. We can hear water spraying when pots/plates are in washer. Sometimes it is difficult to get the dryer to start. It may take several times of hitting the start button to get it to start.

Works great, quiet, efficient & I like the 3rd drawer. Little getting used to different style racks from our old one but didn’t take long to figure out how this one is more efficient.

Very quiet and great cleaning results. Unfortunately, 4 wine glasses broken - had to purchase short stem glasses. If I adjust the middle rack down, the water arm then hits the dinner plates loaded on the lower rack. Do not find the upper utensil rack helpful. Never had these issues with our old GE dishwasher.

So far so good. Cutlery holder is small. Quiet and efficient. Delivery was great.

I didn’t know a dishwasher could be so quiet. Purchase a delivery was flawless. Installation was quite easy, I installed my self. So far the unit works perfectly fine. I very much like having no brand name on the door. This 500 series unit is so quiet that if it wasn’t for the red dot light you wouldn’t know it’s running. So far I love this dishwasher.

Cleans great very quiet and was a good replacement for the lg that was in the house we pirchasex

It is working well. Everything is getting clean. We removed the top utensil rack. It took up space we wanted for taller glasses in the rack right below it. Glad we saved the larger caddy from old dishwasher!

The dishwasher works great and is very quiet. Unfortunately you can only use the delayed start option by using the App. The App is not very intuitive and looks more like a Bosch website rather than an app for an appliance.

Our 2nd Bosch and couldn't be happier. Performance and price point make this a great buy.

I’m honestly so disappointed by this purchase. We were replacing an old Bosch dishwasher that was no longer cleaning dishes efficiently and we would have to rewash several items. After reading reviews we decided to buy Bosch again but we are having the same problems. I clean the filter often, run empty cleaning cycles and keep the drying agent full so I don’t understand why we’re still getting residue on half of the dishes and they’re coming out with dirty puddles over everything. So frustrated.

Quiet, well laid-out, plenty of washing options. It’s a keeper.

We got this dishwasher as our old one started having issues. Pros Same features as before Same decibel Same cleaning ability Lots of new features (our old one was 10 years old). Personally I like the ability to get more insight into the dishwasher via the app. Cons Other than the cost being more than we bought the older model the first time…. No other major cons.

This is my second BOSCH dishwasher. The 500 series strikes a great balance as a reliable dishwasher with all the necessary features to get the job done. It is a very quiet machine. While the one-hour cycle leaves dishes wet, the regular two-hour cycle completely dries them.

Great machine, just a little pricey, but it is worth it. Replacement for an older Kenmore Elite machine with rack brackets that were beyond repair. Extremely quiet. Cleans well. Third upper rack for silver ware makes the basket unnecessary-more room in the main racks, Still experimenting with the best way to load the machine. Slick exterior.

I love this product, but when it came in, it only had 1/2 of a utensil carrier. If you buy this product, most likely you use a lot of utensils and really need that large utensil carrier. I'm still waiting for mine. Had to order it myself, and pay for it myself. I was told Best Buy would reimburse me for the cost of the utensil carrier.
