However, I like the heat level display option in the new one compared to the old one where you had to push the button several times to get the desired heat level,

We had previously ordered another brand cooktop from another store and had a horrible experience. Bestbuy made it so easy and we will definitely purchase our next appliance from them.

Please with the gentleman who came to measure to make sure it would fit and the installers were great. Great job by everyone

My only complaint is I don’t think it warms up as fast as my older induction cooktop did. Not something that would not stop me from buying another one.

The location of the burner areas are not conveniently located. The largest one is located toward the back of the cooktop forcing tone to reach over while cooking. Two out of the four burners are the smallest size--6 -inches and do not fit the more commonly used pot size. The two larger sizes are inconveniently close together. So far as actually cooking, the unit works beautifully and I loved the timer.
