Nice sound bar for the money for a Bose. Only downfall is that it isn't a wireless connection to the subwoofer. It isn't a problem for where we have it. But could be for others.

Incredible sound from a small sound bar. The sub woofer makes you feel like you are in a theater. Easy to install and set up. I highly recommend using an optic cable. You simply can't beat Bose.

This theater system has an awesome sound. It is basic with no frills or blue tooth capability but I would buy again. It has a very high volume and the bass is a deep steady bass.

I purchased this system for my living room and instantly fell in love with the quality of sound this product provides. The center speaker and subwoofer look great in front of the television. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

I totally approve of the system. My only problem with the system was the remote. I could not control my cable box with the first one. I had to call ,Bose to get a replacement. That one worked finally after I lucked onto the correct code.

Don't let the size of this soundbar confuse you. It is more powerful than other soundbars. A little pricey but worth it. This Bose Soundbar produces TRUE Cinema sound. Although it only has adjustment for the base level, the sound is perfect and it doesn't require any additional adjustments.

I'll try and keep it brief and to the point. I've never owned Bose products before but heard good things. So when this went on sale I bought it. We wanted something with as few speakers and wires as possible that sounded decent and this fit the bill - and then some. The center speaker is small - 12 inches in length. The base unit is a bit big. Yes, the wires that go from the small speaker to the base unit are bulky and hard wired to the small speaker. Those are the minor negatives, this little system sounds great! Great bass and quality sound from only two speakers. Definitely worth the money! A+ to Bose for the fantastic sound from a compact system! I did take one star off for the bulky wires and the fact there is no volume indicator or master on/off switch somewhere on the unit itself. If the remote dies I guess you have to unplug it. Still, the exceptional sound trumps the minor negatives.

Sounds great only wish base was wireless and would power on when tv power is turned on.

Yes, Bose systems are expensive, but we feel this was worth our money. We've gone through a couple of sound systems, including a 5.1 Sony system and a 3.0 Vizio Soundbar. The 5.1 system was too much for our entertainment setup. In an attempt to minimize the speaker footprint, we went with the 3.0 soundbar. A couple of years later, we replaced the soundbar with this Bose system. Between all three systems, the Bose is our favorite. It's not too loud, it's not too soft, it's just right. It sounds the best of the three. With our older 5.1 and 3.0 systems, it was sometimes difficult to hear dialog during movies or television. This is not an issue with the Bose system. $530 well spent, even if it doesn't have Bluetooth for streaming music from your phone or other devices.

I wanted something loud but clear. One issue I always have with sound systems is that the action sounds great but the voices get muffled. This system clears all that up. The action is loud and clear with precise voice sound. You can hear the conversations very well. The subwoofer has a dial to adjust how loud you want the action to sound so it really helps. I highly recommend this even though it is pricy and yes it is not surround sound it still sound amazing. You will not regret it. Come on its Bose.

This unit provides a small room a full range and depth in sound. The sound feels comparable to an acoustimass system in a larger room. I've been very happy with this system and would recommend for a small or medium sized room.

I have great respect for Bose. Excellent sound products for a long time. I bought my first Bose speakers in 1969 after talking with Dr. Amar Bose himself. I was a doctoral student in Electrical Engineering at MIT at the time. Dr. Bose gave me a one-on-one lecture about the development of the product. A great memory! And, a great set of speakers.

I bought this speaker to go with my 70" Vizio TV. I knew the Vizio lacked sound quality so once the bose speaker was connected, I changed the whole TV experience. I love watching games, movies and regular shows, this little speaker is amazing with a great subwoofer. Highly recommended.

i bought his when i bought my new samsung tv and wanted it for more sound as to the fact the new tv's have smaller speakers as so many have said or pointed out. this system is what you would expect from a bose system very clear and great quality, i got it on sale and price matched which made it even better. The treble is clear and crisp. the bass for movies is really great but the video games are a little disappointing as you have to turn it up a little more then with the tv or a movie. But compared to systems of this price range you cant beat it i would recommend this item to others especially if you can price match it just look around the internet as you can find it cheaper but i went with best buy because if something happened i could take it back and not have to worry about shipping it, so far two months after i got it i am very pleased
