Bought this recently this week and since then I am experiencing the problem that it is not working.Nothing is working on this, neither I am able to pair them nor can listen stored songs.I have fully charged them with my laptop USB but still right side of earbud is not working. I tried to reach out to Bragi support but I am not getting very good response from them.I am looking for any customer care number of Bragi Support Team but I have not yet got. If somebody has there number please give it to me. I have to return this if I have not got any reply.

These headphones have a lot of features that work pretty well. They are waterproof, HR sensors, 4 GB of internal memory, and an awesome audio transparency feature that allows you to hear the world around you if you are riding a bike or running. I had a few issues with them though. You can only use the 4 GB of internal space for music you have the files for, not music that you downloaded using apple music, Google Play, spotify, etc. I also had a few connectivity issues between the earbuds which took me out of the zone. You also have to make sure that the buds are in the case securely otherwise they wont charge. I have heard that they were updated to fix a few of these issues after I returned them. If you are paying the discounted price of $99 they are a good buy but if you are paying the full $300, I would recommend spending the extra $30 for the pro model.

I wanted so much to like these truly wireless earbuds--they had a great shape, were comfortable, had really cool swipe/tap features, and had capability to store up to 4GB of music on the headphones themselves. All of these cool features are way ahead of the competition---unfortunately, Bragi doesn't seem to have the basics worked out--like having them actually function. After taking them out of the box, charging them, and then running the latest update on them, I absolutely could not get the left earbud to work. I tried re-running updates, re-charging, etc., and could not get it to work. I went online to the Bragi website and saw a lot of others were having an issue with the left earbud since running the latest update. Add that to the fact that the bluetooth on the right would intermittently drop even when my phone was on the desk two feet from my ear and I gave up. To me, the Bragi Dash headphones are a great example of entrepreneurial concepts that they just can't really get to work consistently in real life. Could luck to Bragi--they are a start-up company and hopefully they can figure out all of the glitches before the big tech companies take their ideas and put them on headphones that actually work like they're supposed to.

Niche product that may be the best option available, but could be improved significantly. The fit is decent, but there is no way around the bulk of these. The functionality is great, the sound decent, but the utility limited for everyday use. I also own the airpods and find them better in most ways (MUCH more comfortable, just as secure... maybe more so, better sound, much better microphone & BT communication to phone). So, sounds like a no brainer for the airpods? Maybe, but I can't swim with the airpods... which is why I still own and use the dash. Great for tunes during swimming, but there are cheaper options for that. The airpods/watch combo is better all-arounds (as it should be given the cost), but these are a great option for an all-in-one solution for multisport audio & HRM.

I was very very excited about this product, there were lots of negative reviews about this product, but I still convinced myself to purchase this product. The box was super premium, I have never had an excitement while opening a box, it is super classy. The buds too look good and neat when you wear. My experience - The buds would never turn, I myself tried to figure it out by spending more than hour, watching videos in youtube and finally came to a conclusion that the device is defective. I reached out to the customer care, they were available for chat within mins, I started troubleshooting with those guys, they wanted me to try hundred things, I was irritated following all steps, but I was desperate to make it work that day. I had to spend close to two hours, and at the end it wouldn't turn on. The steps they asked me to do was okay, I was able to do it. But people who are not very familiar about the computer and stuffs may not be comfortable. Also, the customer care could have been little better.I am really not at all happy with the way they responded. I have worked with many other brands and I had a way better customer experience, I understand these guys are only into these earbuds business, they don't have any other products, they should deal better with customers. I never got to experience how this product sounds. I got a chance to listen to Bragi The Headphone, I read reviews which says The headphone sounds better than The dash. I now own Beo & Play E8, and that sounds 100 times better than The headphone, you could imagine how the Bragi The Dash would sound:) I would definitely not recommend anyone buying this brand(any of their product). I really hate they way they treat their customers. I would recommend Beo & Play E8. Note: This is my experience with the Bragi Customer Care, others could have had better exp.

PROS: I love the idea of these headphones however they just didnt outweight the functionality I observed. The gestures were amazing and worked very well for me. I loved the idea of them acting separately (the right controlls the music and the left controlls your workouts) CONS: Perhaps the biggest downfall for me is that they only offer about 4 hours of battery life. Unlike the powerbeats, these earphones are not able to be powered off. So as long as they are in your ear they are losing battery even if you arent listening to anything.

I like the way these fit, they're pretty secure, no problem with them falling out like most other earbud-type speakers I've tried. Other than that, they're really not that great. The swipe gestures are finicky at best, and sometimes you can't even tell weather or not the command was even recognized. The sound quality is probably the biggest disappointment, it's just weak and colorless. If the sound was there the other things could be overlooked, but without it, they're just expensive toys.

I wanted to like these ear buds but I had to return them bluetooth was bad turn your head cuts out 95% of the time so you try to keep your head straight like you have a neck brace on fit was awesome 4gb was ok but you had to disconnect from Bluetooth to use it and it was awkward battery was great saw lots of reviews thought I could overcome the flaws but it was to much head gestures for control was off 75% of the time which made you feel ridiculous phone calls were flawless I’d have to say again I really wanted to like these I had them for 2 weeks enough time to know if you could live with the flaws and I say thumbs down but I’ll follow the bragi line till they get it right

I bought this product not too long ago September 27 2016 and only had a few issues with it. One issue I originally had was that I couldn't even put my phone in my pocket and I had to keep it in my right hand or it would cut out, also when talking it was muffled on the other end or it will also cut out, while using the iPhone 5. I changed my old phone to the iPhone 7plus and I can currently walk away from it up to 15 feet, any further and it cuts out, it's clear not muffled on the other end. I can have my phone in my pocket and talk on the phone with no issue. I used this product using software 2.1 for Bragi "The Dash" and software 10.2 for the iPhone.

Ok let’s start with the bad. Outside connectivity is bad. It has to be on the right side of your body and sometimes close. I gave it a 4 because I bought them to use at work and I don’t use them much outside. I have had them for over a month and haven’t had any problems with them. They have a learning curve everything works you just have to work with it. I can say I use mine up to 6 hrs a day with no problems. The most I have gotten out of the battery is 3 hrs streaming pandora or Spotify.i wouldn’t pay 300 for them but I would give 150. I do enjoy them and would recommend them for someone who is gonna use them indoor. As far as I can see they really work and are water proof. So many things in this set of earbuds to review. I can only say for me I won’t own a different set. I’m too use to the option on it now .

I really wanted these to be awesome, they sound good enough, and fit well, but had to buy an armband just to keep the headphones from disconnecting or skipping constantly. Returned.

I love these headphones. I actually helped fund these 4 years ago when they were just an idea on paper so it was cool to walk into BestBuy and see them in person. They rock, the audio is wonderful and their features are great. My only problem with them is the Bluetooth audio occasionally dropped randomly and would pick back up. Don't know if it was my phone (OnePlus 3) or a bad set or what. But regardless they were great. Most comfortable in ear headphones I've ever used.

Comfort and sound quality was good, however poor Bluetooth is a product killer. Putting arms up or performing sit ups cause the Bluetooth to cut in and out. Couldn't get more than 5 ft away from device without interference, which is a big deal breaker. Doesn't stay in ears as well as other true wireless buds I've tried.

Bought it for listening to music during exercise without any need to carry a cell phone. Internal memory is good enough. Tried for swimming but easily drop out from my ear. The sound filter is too sensitive so the wave can turn it off and cause noise during swimming. Battery life is short. Bluetooth connection with phone not stable when listening to music from the phone. Average product. The new professional version is too expensive.

They are a nice size, but that's all I liked about the headphones.u can't have just left bud in your ear, it won't work.The sound wasn't the best., The most disappointing was you can only go about 10 ft, from your phone if you are listening to something from your phone

My right earbud didn't function on arrival and no replacement units were in stock. I've since opted for the Bragi Headphones which are known to have better connectivity, but those weren't as nice as the Dash mk 1, and so I have high hopes for the latest version of the Dash. But this review is for the first generation, and right now I think there are strong competitors at all price points.

Sound was good but only from one earbud. Setup is very difficult Fit was good and comfortable

Was purchased as a gift, and was told that it functions pretty good. Sound quality is good but only wish the battery life was more when in use.

This has to be one of the worst headphones in the market. Initially Bragi support tried helping through each issue but in most cases it was reset reset. This device has charging issue, connection issue, issue with the sound quality, issue keeping both sides working. Additionally, after barely using this item this company went out of business leaving Bragi owners high and dry. One star is too much for this device especially at the price paid. Right now this item is just wasted money (junk sitting collecting dust). If this item is being sold for $5 leave it alone.

They are confortable on my ear but they were soo hard to set up and connect to Bluetooth .
