Not enough screw holes

The fan did look very nice with my new stove but this fan barely moves any air at all. Also cover on the light blocks light to entire right side of the stove top. The left side is bright, right side is not - looks odd. We removed the cover and left the bulb uncovered. Would not recommend to anyone that plans on cooking under it.
