This scanner is a keeper! It is substantially faster than my older Brother scanner. "Substantially" means is rocks! The color is good. I hooked it up to a USB port and eventually I will use the wireless setup. I am using the scanner with my home office and so far is has behaved flawlessly.

Have tried a bunch and ease of use is great. Quality of scan is great as well.

This is an excellent high speed scanner that replaced an inkjet all-in-one in my home office. Scans are fast and accurate, and they can be sent to your computer or phone. I would have given five stars had it not been for the somewhat confusing installation process. Instructions could have been clearer, but I still got the scanner working in under 10 minutes.

I use this almost everyday to scan documents. You can create workflows that work for several types of scans. It produces good quality scans and is quick. Scans both sides and will rotate pages as needed. Great product and worth the price.

I bought this to replace my Neat Scanner. The scanner is fast and easy setup. My only hang-up is the paper port software. It stopped working after I tried to use it another day. I was able to find a solution to get it to work with Windows 10. Other than that, it is a great scanner and I'm pleased with the purchase.

Scanner is fast and pracribke way to archive documents

The speed at which this scanner operates exceeded our expectations. We find that when making copies of identification we need to put them in a plastic sleeve in order to make a copy. I've asked our tech people to see if there is a way to go from landscape view to portrait view. with the scanned product. Other wise a fine machine.

I purchased the ADS-2700W at Best Buy a few months ago. I frankly give it heavy use. I love the fact that I can scan to flash drive without tying up my computer. I have maintained the maintenance from time to time flagged on the scanner screen. Now it is time for a new pickup roller to be installed. I have a 4 year service contract with Best Buy on it that I have not so far invoked, but Brother's inefficient and poor website maintenance may force me to do so. Upon trying to place an order for the Pickup Roller PRKA3001, one only gets as far as the order, and then is given option to "review" order and then can get no further as it bounces one back to the payment options (which are already correctly inserted." I have done this unsuccessfully for the past two nights and the new pickup roller is obviously critically needed. The machine is a real workhorse, but the difficulty in ordering replacement parts/supplies is a real impediment. Brother is definitely not by our side on this one!

Small Footprint works perfectly. Setup was very easy and WiFi connected right away. Previously had a much more difficult time setting up another WiFi scanner. Image quality is wonderful for office.

We find the scanner to be very helpful for our business to scan and multiple documents very quickly and works very well both on the Wi-Fi network as well as on the USP port directly to the computer it is connected to

Purchased to scan documents on a regular basis. Probably two or three hundred a year. It was very easy to install and was up and running withing minutes. For the price I think it is a very good value. It does exactly what we need it to do. I had a few reward points and that helped.

so far so good. I've been putting this scanner through the ringer since December and it hasn't faltered yet. going paperless at home and like it so much i actually haul it to work to use it as well!

I bought this to replace my old Neat Scanner. This is a great purchase! It’s fast. Scans double sided. You can combine pages to one document or scan individually. I’m sure there are many more features I haven’t used yet.

Great choice for home office. Scanned hundreds of pages with minimal errors/interruptions. Software allows you to save in multiple formats including pdf w/ocr. Small footprint size. Happy with purchase.

Brother makes excellent business-class peripherals, and this scanner is another great example. We love our wireless laserjet printer from Brother because it connects easily, even setting up wireless printing from my iPhone was a breeze. Wireless connectivity was equally easy to set up on this scanner, and the footprint is surprisingly small for a duplex scanner. Not everyone needs or will benefit from a high speed duplex scanner, but if you have to scan several documents that include pictures or graphics, this scanner will be a game changer. Image quality is sufficient for work, and not having to flip the pages over and re-insert makes it easier to prevent scanning pages out of order or off by a page. Easy to use menu and touchscreen with intuitive workflow. Highly recommend for those in need of a quick scanner with duplex functionality.
