I downloaded all the necessary Mac software from the Brothers website for this printer and it works awesome. But, do FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION CLOSELY that appear on EACH download window, and there should be no problems. (Fortunately thanks to my internet service provider the downloads took a while but this allowed me time to closely read these download instructions!)

Easy to set up, prints fast and quietly. Comes with a ton of ink

We were having print quality issues with previous printer. Also, my wife is a realtor and does a lot of work from home. We were buying ink like crazy. Reviews indicated the Brother printer is one of most economical on the market. This purchase was made in January, 2017, and we have not had to replace ink thus far. Print quality is excellent. Also, much faster than previous printer.

I had an Epson XP820,also a good printer but used a lot of ink,so when it began having issues and needed to be replaced I researched and chose this unit.. So far happy with how it functions,it does use less ink (as they state), however print time is very slow. I just have it for home use so I don't mind, but if I did a lot of printing I would not be satisfied with is machine.

This printer replaced a Canon printer that died on me after 8 years of service. I had hoped for a comparable one to replace it. I have had the Brother printer for a few weeks now and I must say it is acceptable, but it does not quite live up to the Canon.It is not exactly plug and play(at least not for this 60 year old). It does print what I ask it to, when I ask it to, even though it makes me jump through hoops.

easy to install, fast scanner and a good quality output.

We started looking for a new printer after having problems with a previous HP wireless model. The cost of ink and operation was a big factor in choosing this model. The print speed is not the fastest, but as this is for home use, we don't need it to be super fast. It duplexes great and the photos we have printed have been a good quality.

Beautiful clear print.... quiet and even nice looking. Scan feature works well as does the FAX feature. Extra bonus is the 2 year ink supply which I believe will last me 4 years for my use..... that will mean I won't have to purchase any ink for the entire warranty (with extra best Buy coverage) period. I am liking it A LOT!

Nice machine, somewhat noisy and slow. Programs easily.

Only had it a month, but have printed 1000+ pages.Seems to work well. Prints fast, Print quality is good right out of the box. (not sure what print quality setting it's on by default) Not sure of the shelf life of the ink, 3 sets of ink will last me a while, if it doesn't spoil in a year, I say good deal.

I had to replace a competitor brand that I purchased instead of brother. My mistake from the beginning. The ease of setup and operation is fantastic. The app and software are so intuitive it’s crazy easy. Plus the onscreen touch sensitive selection is good even for my fat fingers. I would highly recommend this product!

The HP I had for a long time before I got the Brother ran out of ink quickly and it was expensive to replace. We were spending a lot of money on HP cartridges. With this Brother model the cartridges not only last a long time the quality is good also. It was a really easy setup, I chose to download the software and that worked well.

After going through 2 other all in on devices I have to say we found one that lives upto the description. Being able to print directly from phone is a bonus. The page count is fast and error free. In my opinion with all the extra ink and the functions this best printer for dollar value.

Have only had a couple of weeks. So far, so good. Easy setup, but need to go back and review due to scanning issues - sure it was my fault taking short cuts. Bought this brand/model based upon ratings and write ups to save on ink costs. Have not had it long enough to report.

I had the earlier model version and it was great. This newer updated model is even better.

Easy setup; good quality on color/B&W/photos. I've only had it for a few months, but I like better than any printer I've had to date. It comes with plenty of ink, so as long as the reservoirs don't dry out, this will be my favorite printer ever.

My first Brothers printer. It was on sale and was simply a bargain. I reviewed several other manufacturers including HP, Canon and Epson before deciding on Brothers. This printer was extremely easy to set up and we haven't had a problem since the purchase.

The machine was easy to set up and it doesn't completely shut off when it's not in use. It goes into a sleep mode where it pops on when it's time to print. I would give it 5 stars but it prints slow.

It would be amazing if only it were faster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
