Good printer prints fast easy to hook up quality is not that great

This Brother had all of the features we wanted at the right price. Toner refills seemed to be more reasonably priced than other machines we auditioned.

My only complaint is that it's a little difficult to set up. Not terribly but it could be a little more intuitive. Good tech support.

I have used Brother products for a very long time now. The reason being is that they are rough, tough, and just work without issues in an excellent fashion. For a while, I realized that I wasn't really doing much in printing, scanning, or faxing. So I got rid of my old Brother MFC. Recently, I find myself in need of an MFC again. Naturally I went to Brother and took their top of the line model. It has all the qualities I liked in my old Brother MFC. But the newest quality I am absolutely in love with is the wireless network compatibility with 5.8 GHz WiFi bandwidth. With this, I can put the MFC anywhere and print/scan/fax wirelessly from any computer connected to my home network. It just makes things so much easier.

Everything you want in a quality black and white printer. No need to hassle with color cartridges.

Love the document feeder for scanning and copying. Prints well, not awesome. Does the job with ease and efficiency. For bulk office printing and sharing a network, might want to upgrade commercially. I print lots of bid documents and it works great for that purpose.

Product works very well. Every now and then I lose my wifi connection, but not sure if it's the product or my internet provider.

is a great printer for small office or home.The only thing I noticed is that takes about 20 to 30 seconds to connect wireless,do you ha any idea why.

I purchased this printer with my youngest son's suggestion. As of now, I am satisfied with this printer. Hopefully it will have longevity.

This printer was easy to install and prints good and is fast.

We decided last year to change our 15 years old Brother MFC printer and after some research we have opted for this Brother - Mfc-l2740dw Wireless Black-and-white. Our previous printer was ink and color. This was a nightmare since the ink used to dry out and we were always out of ink. The new choice is more practical for quick family document or letter printing. It may not work for people printing photos, but works perfectly for the black-and-white family needs. The initial cartridge lasted for less than a year and we found quickly a great replacement. The printing quality is excellent for letters with any fonts. The wireless is easy to setup. in our case it occasionally trips out of connection. It works again if we type the password. Probably is our house wireless router. Overall, it is extremely convenient to print anytime from any place within the house. I would recommend this product.

This is just what i wanted,, Sits well in a smaller spot, Fast, with almost no warm up time. A bit heavy on toner, but adjustable. ( I THINK) Best Buy had the lower price when I bought The printer/copier.. Please note that it does have multiple paper input ports.

Print quality is excellent. Toner cartridges last a long time and are not very expensive compared to operating an inkjet printer. Only negative I have found is the ADF...paper doesn't always feed exactly straight, which means scans are a bit off.
