    My ancient HPLJ ran out of driver life, tho it worked fine. This multi-function device is a fine replacement, tho a bit loud.

    This is my 2nd brother printer - they are great value. But the set up is difficult especially wirelessly. And then it is confusing with the downloading of the driver. The toolkit sucks especially if you try to add the scanning when you already have a scanner. So if you want to do anything other than print from connected USB - strap in for a frustrating installation. Note - I am a retiree from Microsoft.

    So far so good. Bought for a dirty/dusty environment. Software app install takes a bit long. But, once done it's working great.
