The wireless scan feature is better with a hard wire Took multiple attempts to configure but the Brother support team is top notch and assisted setting up

This is a multi-function printer, supposedly wireless. However the wireless feature works very poorly at best and this is not due to internet speeds.

I had trouble scanning to email so I looked at their website, no luck. Called CS and got tired of waiting for a human so I hung up. Emailed CS and they emailed a link to the website I've been using all along.

Not the best consistent wireless connection. Also has problems waking up from sleep mode.

Everything has been delayed because of Ethernet problems and lack of understanding the directions for connecting to router

I could not give this printer a lot of stars. It goes thru ink very quickly and is very slow. I have used different ink cartridges and even a lower setting on the ink with the same result of ink running out very quickly. I have replaced this printer with a different brand.

Might return, paper feed seems to have a problem a lot of the time when scanning or faxing.

Good but too expensive I like it because everything in there

Good overall printer but poor when using manual feed.

I Liked the printer due to the toner cartridge lasts a long time but a year and a half in the wifi stopped working on the printer. Wouldn't work with any portable device or new all in one computer unless hard wired.

Had to print a bunch of sheets didn't even get 500 sheets from each refill big disappointment. Maybe 300 sheets one side at the most.

So frustrated with this piece of junk, it's basically been going on since purchase. I go through all the instructions for when the printer is offline. Sometimes it stays online for a while, then boom, with out reason, goes offline. I've troubled shooted and fixed it many times. This time, I absolutely can not get it to work. I just bought less than a year ago, I'm getting rid of it. I will NEVER buy a Brother product again.

I have had a difficult time connecting to my Wi-Fi. Does not seem to be compatable to Windows 10 software.

The printer is great. It prints fairly fast. The black printing on white paper if very crisp and dark. Copy function works fast and copy is very close to the original. About the only negative is that it is a bit loud when it first fires up to print. Also, the printer is on same circuit as my overhead florescent lights, and when it first fires up for a print job, the lights flicker momentarily. So I am thinking there must be a power spike when this printer fires up. I am going to move it over to another circuit so this doesn't happen. Must be a power hog when it first comes online. The touch screen is user-friendly and easy to use when making copies. I also like how everything is flush, no paper tray sticking out, or finished paper copies sticking out. Everything is flush to the front of the printer. Wifi printing works great, and easy to set up new devices over Wifi to the printer.

I couldn't get the software dusk to work and downloading from the internet was a joke. I've never had a hard time setting up a printer before. I. Had to return it. Couldn't get it to work.

Turned on and printed 4 or 5 pages and printed ok. Tried to turn on the next morning and would not come on. Beware!

This printer began to mess up after using 2 years, for example, the printed page has black lines on it.

This printer is plenty fast and the scan quality is good. I subtracted one star because it was difficult to setup links to web services. Once connected both Dropbox and OneDrive scanning works great but it took about 30 minutes to get 3 accounts configured and I encountered several errors along the way. The document feeder scans pages perfectly straight unlike some inkjet MFC's from HP that I've owned. AirPrint works well for iOS devices.

Crisp print. High quality scans. Wifi print. All features are easy to use.

I purchased this for home use and it far exceeds my expectations. It is extremely easy to setup and use. The scanning feature is wonderful. It scans clear copies and works much better than the printer it replaces (over 5 years old now).
