My HP all-in-one (AIO) kept giving me trouble so I decided to change to laser. Best decision I ever made. Print quality is much better and the AIO features are much more user-friendly!

This printer has pretty much everything you want except for color. It's fairly fast and has the ability to connect via WIFI and local USB.

Sick of all my inkjet printers dying on me.. I'm trying this because we don't print a lot and the ink won't dry up on laser's. So far it's great, set up was a breeze. Printing is fast and print outs look great. I did go get the recommended laser paper to avoid jamming.

Brother has created another great printer. Wireless setup and use has been easy. I love the ability to print and scan from iPhone/iiPad!

It took me a total of 3 minutes to set this up, from unpacking to setting up software and printing a test page. It's very quiet while printing as well.

The initial set up and learning curve for some of the advanced features (like scan to laptop folder) was a little steep but tech support was able to point me in the right direction. Love the new machine.

Looked at all kinds of brands and saw for this price range only Brother and Canon where worth looking into. I liked the looks a little better on Brother. Compact so easy to find a place for it and does a lot. Don't need color cause only photos need that and it's cheap to have someone else make them better than you can unless you buy some crazy expensive one.

Easy setup with all my apple products. Airprint feature is what sold me. Tough to find anywhere currently. Bought my spare toner at Staples for 50 dollars (Tn660). No complaints so far will keep you updated if anything changes

Easy wifi set up, love the cloud print and AIrPrint. Can print directly through Google Drive. Very versatile.

Works well for me with Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. I would highly recommend. Toner cartridges also cost less than those of other manufacturers. Hasn't failed me yet in 2 years of ownership with daily use.

brother makes the best printers! the ink cartridge is also not over priced. does everything you need it to do, and good quality.

Works great out of the box, I had no problem. I was able to get it when was on sale.

We got the printer in, and at first thought it was awesome, simple set-up, easy to use, cool features, etc. But then noticed every time we printed the fluorescent desk lights flickered like crazy, I realize Laser printers diffusers take a bunch of energy, but the office is wired w/ 12ga wire on a 20amp fuse, and the 10 year old HP Laser printer never did this. Oh well we said, and continued to use it, the real killer is when we went to print Checks, that's when we couldn't deal with the printer anymore! Our checks are standard checks from Verify, they maybe the thickness of 2 pieces of paper, no thicker, they are not shinny, or extra slick, just a basic 8-1/2" x 11" check. If you put them in the bottom hopper, it might get 1 or 2 to go through before it jams, or says there is "No Paper", so after getting fed up with that you try putting them in the manual fed slot, and oh that works much better, however the writing on the check itself is about 15 degrees off from being straight across. So to sum it up, if you never intend on printing on envelopes, or anything thicker than copy paper, this is a great printer, but if you ever want to print on heavier paper, this is a big hunk of junk!

Great printer and no issues since using it. The scanning is perfect!

This printer was very easy to install. I installed it on both a Mac and a PC and had both done in just ten minutes.

This MFC is my forth Brother and although I just installed it, it seems to be working just find. The wireless set up was a little tricky, but I may have misread one of the initial instructions because in the end, all went well and smoothly

This printer does everything I need for our small office! Love being able to copy documents and have them sorted so they're all ready to staple! Also able to print envelopes without having to take paper out of tray

Prior to buying this printer, I contacted Best Buy customer service and after a long conversation, I was guaranteed that the Paperport program was compatible with Windows 8 and 10. The only reason that I was purchasing this printer was the fact that my last Brother MFC printer, which was fully functioning, had an old Paperport program that is not compatible with WIndows 8 and 10 and I need the scanner often. Unfortunately, I am a 100% disabled vet and my health prevented me from setting up the printer within the allotted 15 day period given by Best Buy. I wrote to Best Buy on the day I was able to set it up and asked them to correct the problem, by sending me the appropriate Paperport program that I was promised before I bought the printer. Their response was too bad, so sad. Since I was outside of the 15 day window, the only thing they would do is send me a pathetic $10 gift card for my troubles. Let's see, the program alone costs $99, so a $10 gift card isn't even close. Then they thank me for being a Valued My Best Buy Program member. What a joke. So, Don't buy this printer if you are running any operating system higher than Windows 7, the Paperport program is only compatible with Windows 7 OR LESS!!!
