    Bad Connectivity Issues

I would love to give this product a good review, however, with the types of problems I have been having with it, this product is not worth the money I invested. Every time I go to print, the printer would say: offline. I have the printer in another room and 2 computers share it. It has Wifi capability, but that is where the problem is. Every day the WLAN would go back to factory reset, and I would have to go through the 25-step process (takes about 20-30 minutes to do so) to get it back to where it should have stayed. The printer memory issues and will not stay at the settings where it should have. I have called Brother tech support, and they will only tell me how to set it up again. I have called them twice. Now, I am just going to return this piece of cr@p back and get a more sane printer.

A solid printer except for the WiFi.

This printer is a good solid printer. My only complaint is the WiFi on the printer does not always work. You have to restart and initialize the printer in order for it to work. Connected directly to the computer works without a problem.

    Good while it lasted

Was an awesome printer for 1.5 years. Then no computer would communicate with the printers. The printer LCD would read receiving data. Contacted brother customer service after first spending hours trying to troubleshoot myself. Brother determined that it needed to be sent to a local service center for repair. 6 months out of warranty, the repair estimate cost twice what I paid for the printer.

    Went Out After 2 Years

I've had this printer for exactly 23 months. It was great up until this morning when it simply wouldn't print. Brother support and I diagnosed the problem to be a "power related issue" that, because the printer is past its 1 year warranty, they will not fix. Luckily, my AMEX card extends the warranty coverage to 2 years, but still. A printer should last more than 2 years...

    Not a good first day

Bought this today. Just got home with it. Unpacked and plugged in. Pushing power produces a chime and what sounds like the printer warming up. Then nothing. No lights or touchscreen functionality. I'll return it tomorrow for one more try. Trouble is, I think this was the last they had, so will probably have to wait for another to be shipped. Will update review with the replacement.
