Works perfectly with my computer, both scanning and printing...smooth, noiseless, quick and efficient!

Bought it because my Brother 8460 stopped scanning. Had experience with the 2740 at work, so decided to buy it on sale for 199. Two-sides scanning and printing is awesome. Photos don't come out that great in a Word or other document, but then again, it isn't a photo printer. Use it to scan a lot, have gone all digital, so hardly any paperwork laying around. Easy to set up with my Apple network where the router has an external scan hard drive.

Easy to set up. fast and reliable. no need to change color cartridges when you always print in black & white.

This is a second Brother printer purchased and very pleased with it. It was easy to set up and get started. WiFi printing from IOS devices, finally!

This printer is great for small business usage. It has several features that are essential. The document feeder, duplex printing and coping, and wireless connectivity are my favorite features.

I recently purchased this printer to replace my previous laser printer. This one has more features (it scans, faxes, and prints). It was easy to setup and so far I have had no problems with it.

I am never disappointed with a Brother all in one. This is wireless and fast and has some really good features. And you cannot beat the price.

I bought this to replace a 9 year old Brother MFC7820N. So far I'm pleased with the scan and print function and the fact that this has supported drivers in MacOS (where the Brother stopped updating drivers for the 7820N for current versions of OSX/MacOS). The printer is fairly quiet and the duplex works great. Print quality is as expected. I have not used the web app capability (other than a one time test to scan to my OneDrive account), but this also wasn't the primary driver for buying the printer and I'd still buy the printer without these web apps.

Easy set-up and clean printing. Bonus of being able to fax, scan and copy at an excellent price.

The set up was easy for this multi-function printer. average size, appears to be a good printer: faster, quieter and more economical than my the printer it is replacing.

Easy set-up. Scans multiple sheets at a time. The 2 sided printing and scanning feature is fast and saves paper. I don't use color that often so this printer is ideal. I wouldn't say it's quiet but it's not loud either. Haven't tried the fax machine yet but you can scan docs to your computer and e-mail. I sometimes print fifty or more pages at a time. This printer is ideal for small businesses and home use.

I had to get a higher yield printer for my home office, and great deal on this printer. It is reasonably small with great speed and quality output. Very easy to set up.

I have used this printer before and bought this again. However, ended up returning it because got a better deal with an HP printer and wanted to try something new. I would buy this again.

Does exactly what I purchased it for. Simple black and white laser for home use. Scans and copies well also. Saving money on buying ink for ink jets that don’t last.

This is my first laser printer, I've had it for a few months and I absolutely love it. I wouldn't dream of going back to an ink jet!

The Brother MFC-L2740DW printer has met or exceeded all of my expectations! Set up was very easy and the basic user manual supplies helpful tips and advice.

This All-in-One is perfect for home. Double copy, double print and is very fast. Printing cost is nothing compare to big names.

This printer is like a workhorse. It goes and goes. I have purchased this printer for all my properties. I hope Brother does not discontinue this printer.
