no where as loud as my old printer and so far doing a good job!

Ease of use and i like the software/ app to guide and setup fir printing and scanning

This is my third Fax - printer machine for my company in 3 years. And can say for sure, this is the best there can be in this price. No issue to scanning, good print outs and main thing that we bought it for is Fax. Last 2 has same issue where it would scan 2 sheets at the time duwe to which the second page was not getting send and was delaying our work. But with this one, has been smooth and no issue at all.

This printer is fast, quite, efficient on "text" printing. The images are not good, clear images????

I’ve had other printers and they have always given me issues. My husband and I recently purchased this one for our business and we couldn’t be happier with it. Works exactly as it should, easy to use. I can print a document from my laptop to the printer from the opposite side of the house

Have had this printer for 3 months now and it has worked flawlessly. Print quality and speed are great. Noise is low. Photo quality is not great but we didn't expect it to be and have had to use a photo printer in the past. Would recommend.

TAKES A LOT OF POWER, BUT OTHER THAN THAT IS FAST, SCAN LOTS OF PAGES WITHOUT A PROBLEM. PRINTING WITH LASER QUALITY IS EXCELLENT. I RECOMMENDED

Everything is working fine. I like to clear color printing I'm getting out of this guy. I wish it had a bigger paper drawer.

Very satisfied with this printer. It was fairly easy to set up. A few hangups.

We bought this printer from the Saginaw store and the printer was a great purchase. But store service was not that great. No one in the department ask us if we needed help and cashier was very rude. We were like we were bothering him when he was talking with other employees. Then was very short with us. We had to exchange the printer on same day and gentlemen that did the return was rude also.

WORKS GREAT , GREAT PRINT COLOR AND VERY EASY TO USE

We finally switched over to Brother Printers because we feel they are so much more well built than what we'd always had. The paper tray isn't flimsy like the new we'd always had. That tray wouldn't load much paper and when you lined it up and printed and pulled the tray out, the paper wasn't where it was lined up at. We brought it back and we are so happy with our Brother Printer.

Purchased for office use. Perfect quality and affordable price. Delivery was quick and left with the front office. I can't say enough great things about this printer or how it arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

My 15yr old Mfc-9840 became obsolete since the drivers no longer worked with windows 11pro. This L3780 is a great replacement. Smaller, lighter and quicker response plus iPhone printing. All the working parts are replaceable like the old one so I can do my own maintenance when the time comes. You can too just YouTube how to do it. Oh yeah, I had no problems with Wi-Fi setup including desktop and iPhone apps.

This Brother MFC-L3780CDW Wireless digital color printer is easy to use, very efficient. Highly recommend.
