Very Disappointed

The first problem the day after installing the bottom two drawers was freezing up. The technician thought that the gaskets needed to be replaced, on an excellent/new refrigerator. It seemed odd to both of us. Two days after that as we were awaiting the gaskets the ice in the ice maker melted and flooded my floor. When I spoke to the technician the day he was suto replathe gaskets he advised to return it after paying that much money. He said I also have a cooling problem. On both of these occasions I lost food. I called Best Buy corporate and all they can do is send me a form to potential get the cost of some food. I wanted to exchange it for a new one and have Best Buy pay the difference instead of the cost of my food I lost. I was told I couldn't and to fill out the lost food form. I have been a very long term loyal customer to Best Buy in conjunction with Citi financial, check the records. My wife was in tears today when they picked it up. Just very disappointed in Best Buy.

Bad buy

We waited 2 weeks for a technician, didn't fix it. Also 2 weeks to take it back. Worst experience ever.
