I was nervous getting this refurbished printer, but it was the only one in our price range and was a color laser printer and not an ink jet. Took the gamble and boy did it pay off! Set up was easy and was working as needed by the very next day after arrival! The only issue I had was that there was a note claiming it would be sent with toner (at least black I presumed). No toner was included so we had to purchased it. Other than that, the quality of the prints is outstanding!
