    I bought a Canon 6D with the 24-135 4L lens as a kit. I needed a longer reaching lens and really didn't want to sink a lot more money into an additional lens. This one is a great value, works great for what it's designed for and it's inexpensive compared to other EF lenses.

    This is my 2nd 60D - love them - great upgrade from my TIII but I still have that also. I love my canons quickness to change lenses and point and shoot

    This lens is able to provide a good quality picture and also allows for a large zoom range. The "IS" can be heard if you are in a very quiet place but it's not bad and if there is any back ground noise it is not noticeable. Not an "L" series lens but good quality and a decent price especially when bundled.

    This lens gives me good shots at the 300 mm length and great shots for up to 250 mm. A tripod my help to achieve better focus shots at long ranges because sometimes hand held is a little slow.

    After using the non-motorized lens for a couple years, the EF 70-300 made event photos much easier and better action pictures.
