Great photos from both lenses! Nice bag comes with. I do need to study the book that comes with it but you can put it on the big green A for automatic, sort of a default. I take sports photos so I put it on the "runner" icon. Overall, a good value. I like the white body because I believe it keeps the camera cooler when I am on the beach.

Bought this for a Christmas present for my daughter, she wanted a camera with changeable lens so she could learn to take more professional looking shots. I would say it takes great pictures and is a good starter camera. Also a good value as a package deal with the extra lens and bag for everything.

This camera is amazing. I purchased the bundle as a beginner photographer and I am very happy. With the price for the bundle and the quality of the camera and equipment I would recommend this product to friends young and old.

Great deal for the price! This camera is small enough to carry on trips and vacations. Takes excellent quality photos. Great for a beginner or intermediate photographer. It's not too advanced to figure out, but I'm sure there are lots of functions that a professional would figure out and use. We purchased it to take photos of our one year old, and we love how the pictures have turned out both digital and print.

I'm a fan of Canon cameras and have been wanting to upgrade from my 30D. I researched the specs on this camera and for the price it is exactly what I was looking for. I've taken about 500 shots with the SL1 and have not regretted my purchase one bit !!! I am very eager to take use this on vacation this coming summer. My interest are taking pictures of the night sky and so ready for clear skies !!!!

I had talked to a friend regarding cameras. I previously had a Nikon and loved it. I decided to purchase the Cannon because I wanted to extended lens with the camera and my friend had loved her cannon. I was overall pleased with my purchase. I have used it to take sports pictures and maternity pictures and they have turned out great. The price was amazing for what all it came with

The Canon camera was a great buy with everything I need to take family and vacation pictures. It came with a regular and a zoom lens. So, I have a lot of flexibility. It also has many features a professional would utilize, but I probably won't. The price was very fair.

We purchased two cameras as gifts for our two daughters (17 and 27) since one is taking photography in school and the other has a family of her own. The bundle was cheaper than individual purchases found on line. We had to purchase the memory cards separately.
