Who doesn’t have Windows 10 except Mac users and why would they not mark this and make it really obvious that this is a major hurdle to owning this item. I guess they love processing returns. The replacement ribbon for printing was really expensive too. I would have tried to deal with that as we don’t print very often, but it has to work to be able to try. Super lame.
