This purchase was something tha I really had to think about. I did a lot of looking around. I am in my 60s. Did not need anything fancy, but I wanted to cut my printing costs. This was a VERY easy setup on both laptops, and two android phones. I do recommend it highly !!@

If you don’t have a a lot of space, this is a great printer to have an. Even if you’re a minimalist, you’ll appreciate the size factor. The principal isn’t the greatest but when I do appreciate the most is that it works. I was replacing an aging HP printer and this came in clutch.

When it works, it works well. But, the printer continually needs to be trouble analyzed. When left dormant for a period it loses its WiFi connection and must be shut down and restarted. I have contacted Canon about the problem but they simply do a reinstall which solves nothing. I would not recommend this product be purchased.

I bought this to replace a twitchy and expensive HP color printer. It was easy to set up and printed higher quality b/w prints faster and better than my old one. I just wish I'd bought one sooner.

This printer is good for just B&W printing - good print, fast & easy. However, I miss having the ability to make copies and there is no USB port - no ports of any kind. So, If these 2 things are not important this is a good printer, easy to connect to WiFi and makes great print copies. It is worth the reasonable cost.

Its fast and accurate. Quality is Ok. No color. Setup took time

A reasonably-priced black and white monochrome laser printer. I don't print that many pages but still need a reliable printer. So far it has run flawlessly and and met all my needs.

Canon printers are reliable, easy to set up and last a long time. We use them in some harsh conditions and they still last us several years. The ink cost are more economical than Brother or Lexmark printes,

Prints quickly and was relatively easy to setup. I only use it sporadically when i need to print a page or two. I will say, on occassion it does not work. Its on and connected but it just doesnt print... but the next day it works just fine. For the amount of things i print, its not a huge deal but could be an annoyance to someone who relies on a printer every day.

It's a nice compact printer, but the wireless setup was a nightmare. Most of the time, it simply didn't see any wireless devices. It took me ~20 attempts before it saw any networks, and about 50 attempts before I finally got all the way through the setup. Once setup, it does seem to work. Note - this wasn't my first choice, but it was the only B&W laser printer I could find.

have used printer multiple times and it has a clear and rich tone and is very quick on print/ unsure on print costs as of yet.

I purchased this printer because my PC suddenly refused to print to my network printer. The price of the Canon was less than it would have cost for a network analyst to fix the original problem. Once I installed the Canon as a hard-wired printer (installation was a snap!), I liked it immediately. It is quiet, fast, has a small footprint, and it even does one-step duplex printing. Of course, it comes only with a 'starter' toner cartridge and replacement toner cartridges are nearly as expensive as the printer, but that is true of all small laser printers.

The printer was delivered in excellent condition in a timely manner. It was difficult setting up to my computer, still haven't figured out how to print from the phone. The images are sharp and clear and prints very quickly.

I have a love hate relationship with this printer. The wifi printing does NOT work at all. I have never been able to get it to work. Also, you have to download Canon's software program to print on any device and it is not the easiest to set up. The only way I can print, is through the USB. I was initially going to return it, but decided at the price I got it for (it was on sale) and where it does print double sided, I just kept it. It is an OK printer, I am not sure I can recommend it though.

This printer is priceless! For the low price it works like a champ.

I print very little these days, so no more inkjet printers. This prints fast and duplex. No intrusive personal information being collected by HP. Other posts mention a high cost per page for toner, but I'll absorb the extra few dollars for my minimalist printing needs. So far I'm happy with my purchase.
