Great printer for the price! We use it everyday without any problems.

Been looking for an affordable Black & White laser printer and this filled my requirements. Reasonable price - good prints - fast - and economical. Multi-functional as well.

These days printers are cheaper to replace than to refill which led me to looking into a new all-in-one printer/scanner. This was a good purchase not only because it's a laser printer (black and white only, so nothing fancy) but also because the scanning quality is really great. It's supposed to connect to your wireless network and I gave it a try but was not successful, I suspect due to user error and short patience but be aware it's not a simple plug and play type deal, you'll need to work on it and trial-error until it works which it may not. Good purchase though, if you need a laser printer and scanner then you could do a far sight worse than this little baby!

Arrived late due the incompetence of UPS, not Best Buy. Seems to be a great printer copier. It has way too many buttons and prompts for big fingers and old minds though. Tried to hook up wireless and fouled my whole home router network up, still working on that.

I absolutely love this printer! It's fast with scanning and printing..... If you blink your printed document is printed, each and everytime. I love when I purchase a product such as this, and it actually does exactly what is said the product will do-

the install is not clear doubt the documentation was tested still playing with buttons since i have no idea what they do

Hi everyone, I purchased this printer and install soft and driver from a disk, but it works only with Windows 7 no Windows 8.1 or newer. If your PC with Windows 7 I recommend it, for Windows 8.1 looking for something newer model than this printer. Also, official website doesn't support any drivers for Windows 8.1

I tried as hard as possible to understand the way this machine works before buying it. I got it home and it took a full day to figure out how to get it to scan. No information from the company helped. Finally, I scan and find out that it will only scan letter size, although it allegedly prints legal size. This is clearly stated exactly nowhere. It is so upsetting and I've been trying to get through to a BB supervisor for over an hour. First cut off, now on endless hold. I am only buying from Amazon from now on, for sure, and just basically giving up on the idea of clear communication with customers by the company and by BB.

I cannot get the scanner or the wireless to work. Canon support is clueless! For the past 20 years i have been buying open box items from BestBuy and i have never had a problem. Its got to be a Canon Issue.

When you pull this up online, it is described as an "All in One" When you do a search or filter using FAX Copier Scanner, this comes up. It does NOT have a built in FAX machine

Easy store pickup and setup with a Windows 10 PC was quick and easy. Everything appears to work as advertised.

Good value, was easy to install and we started to use it right away.

This printer is fine when it works (I've had it for 3+ months) but its Wireless connectivity is the worst I've seen. It keeps dropping wireless connection almost daily, with the only refuge to power it down/up in order to restore it. That's really annoying as you will not know it dropped the connection before you try to print. Then you have to cycle power, sometimes delete the job from the queue, and print again. Just totally unacceptable. I even updated its firmware, which did not change anything. I have another Canon printer (MX920, inkjet), and that one has no wireless issues at all - dead stable. I was at a point to throw it away and buy another printer but somehow ended up connecting it through wired Ethernet directly to the router as that's the only usable option that would work for me (haven't used USB as the printer is shared on a small wireless network). So if you plan to use it wirelessly, pass it and keep looking. Otherwise, it's a good value.
