At first I was super stressed how to get the scanner to work but I was able to talk to someone at Cannon ( took >1 hour to wait for someone) They were able to resolve my issue right away The printer works great. I love the color and images

The packing was superb. The machine also looks nice. Directions for setup could be much improved as the options were not well explained. Ive only done a very basic setup for now. Hope changes are not hard to do. Printing a few test pages showed crisp output. Hope it stays that way with use.

This printer does everything I need and then some! I was able to print sticker labels, business cards, and heavy color documents. Printing takes very little time at all. I once loaded heavier paper than I had set for the settings, and jammed it. (user error.) I was happy to discover that it has a nice back compartment just for clearing jams.

Bought this for a client. Decision based on good sale price. Like all Canon lasers I've encountered, it's and excellent quality printer and built like a tank compared to His; but, their software menus are just so dumb and unintuitive which would be a deal breaker for me.

I absolutely love this printer...it has become a great addition to my home office. It was easy to hook up via my laptop as well and prints beautifully.

Bought this printer on a Black Friday Sale! Definitely a good value at that point, and up until i need to refill the toner... The hardest part of getting this set up was lifting it in place. Other than that it has been easy, and exactly what i needed it for! I am a bit unique. I bought this because i DONT print often (weird right?) But that is what is great about it. It doesn't dry out after extended periods of time. I had been buying ink, and then having it dry out on me. This prints exactly hat i need, in color, and double sided. Glad i went with this printer!

Works great, love being able to print and copy at home, the only drawback is that is quite big so it takes a lot of space but it is worth it.

This thing is a workhorse. Take it out of the box and print 200 postcards, front and back. Probably 80# stock. Jammed once. Then did 200 labels. Color is great. Yeah, it’s a little noisy, but not enough to bother me.

I have been a huge fan of previous Canon laser B&W multifunction printers in the past, so I was excited to upgrade to this model, and really wanted to like it. The upside: the print quality is great. That’s where it stops. There are so many things that are NOT an improvement with this model over the previous three printers we’ve owned. 1) it is crazy loud. 2) very confusing setup that I still don’t have ironed out. I’m having to choose the print tray every print! The old ones would default to the tray unless something was placed on the multi-format feeder. This one could do that, but it doesn’t. At least I haven’t figured that out yet. 3) Multi-format feeder is single-sheet! Old one was multi-sheet. If you try to use multiple sheets, this one will pull them in and then jam. Then the computer will continually think it is jammed even after the jam is fixed. You have to restart the computer for it to print again. 4) wireless printing still not figured out yet. We are using a cord. I’m quite disappointed in the “improvements” that Canon has done in the past 15 years.

I plugged it in, and it printed a beautiful color test picture for me; perfectly aligned, without any adjustments! It was actually better than my Epson artisan 730, with 6 colors of ink; the picture has a sort of matte finish, even on a plain white paper. I leaned that the toner is actually a fine, almost translucent layer of polyester plastic. AWESOME! I also had an after market color toner set, that i installed, to compare the two; and there was no comparison to the canon toner; i suspect the quality of the rollers in the aftermarket cartridges, were the problem. But i love the fact that the Canon laser, accepted them, while noting they were not OEM, and did a readjustment procedure, following the go-ahead to print. The laser did another "adjustment" prior to me testing the Canon cartridges again, to find that the "quality" and superiority had instantly returned for the final color test print. This means that in a pinch; i can resort to a lower grade toner, to get by, until i can afford the Canon toner. GREAT JOB CANON! (I have a canon PowerShot SX 510 camera, that's still kicking after 14 years....)

I purchased this to replace a dying ink-jet printer. I'ts only been a few weeks but I am completely satisfied. Both the copier and scanner function yield clean crisp copies.

I think this is one of the best LaserJet printers that I have bought for the price. A little heavier than my old inkjet. Does require at least two people to lift it. Works well iwith remote devices and the display is clear and easy to read. Printing is Crisp and Sharp.
