A nice all in one color laser printer. Canon's setup is a bit annoying and overly complicated. Only had it a couple weeks but it seems to be working nicely. Hopefully the toner is not too ridiculously over priced when it comes time to replace the starter cartridges.

It’s a great printer… but: I tried to setup automatic cartridge renewal; that was difficult. I ordered another brand cartridge and my printer freaked out. NOW it gets interesting. I ordered new cartridges from CANON, and 3of the 4 that I ordered were OUT OF STOCK, and so back ordered —with no indication of WHEN I might get them. This horseshoe is HOT on both ends!!

The printer works very well and delivery was super fast. The software didn’t want to load the easiest. That could be improved on. All in all, I’m happy with the purchase.

Great choice for your printing needs. I’m still in the process of learning all the bells and whistles. So far very pleased with my purchase. WiFi setup was a breeze and communication among laptop and phones is excellent.

After years of wasting money on inkjet printers because of dry ink or clogged nozzles, I bought this one to save money. If you're not printing every day, get this. Duplex scan is awesome.

I got this printer three months ago, and it reminded me of all the printer jokes from the 90s. 1. If you have a Windows Snapdragon, forget about it. There are no drivers, so you cannot scan. You can print using the LPD protocol, but no default print driver seems to work 100%. If you're printing a document with a header and footer, they will likely overlap with the content, rendering it completely unusable. 2. However, I have several computers, so I decided not to return it immediately. On my two other Windows computers, every time I need to scan or print something, I basically have to reinstall the driver for my PCs to successfully connect to it. 3. The mobile print capability is no better. If your phone manages to connect (after several reboots of your printer and phone), the result will be so badly formatted that you'll realize you've wasted 10 sheets of paper for half a page of content you wanted. Conclusion: I really regret buying this printer. My only hope is that Canon fixes the software eventually. Until then, pass on this one.

I am so disappointed by this printer. I bought this laser printer with the mindset that I would receive a complete laser printer. I printed 50 sheets and the printer cartridge was out. I will need to buy new cartridges in the 1st week!! HOW???? And these cartridges are not cheap! No way I would have agreed to buy this printer knowing it only came with "starter" print cartridges! Such foolery!! Totally taking this back! The only way I would recommend this printer is if you are a previous Canon user and knew how they worked with their cartridges. I think its outrageous that you spend this kind of money on a laser printer to then have to purchase cartridges!!! Canon you must do better. In regards to the service received at the Best Buy store. The young lady who helped me was nice. She was not very knowledgeable about the product but helped me all the same.

Easy to setup this laser printer. A breeze to connect to WI-FI

After years of expensive ink cartridges that just dried up over time, I decided to go with a laser printer. Being able to print wirelessly from computer and phone is nice. Scans multiple sheets fast. Prints are clear and fast. Size is acceptable.

Coming from an HP printer. This is light years a head . Printing from multiple devices is a breeze. I am really satisfied with my purchase

Printer works great, Sale price was fair. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the included toner ran out in one week. Turned out the included toner was low yeid starter cartridges

The machine Itself is wonderful. The instructions are awful. Very little paperwork comes with it. Very, very hard to figure out how to scan how to use the feeder… I could go on…
